it was my first time in kuzbara .. i went for ramadan iftar .. it was really amazing .. i like the idea of the maroccon tea .. i would like to thank ms. romia .. she is really helpful and sooooofriendly.... sure i do recommed it

keep up the good work. also buffet was good and had lot of varieties.

it was a buffet and everything was so special we were served very well by the team. mr. krishnan and ms. tigist was veryfriendlyand took extra care to ensure we enjoyed our dinner. surely will be visiting again and again.

went for iftar envoirnment is good space is also big there are wide variety of food international arabic and indian and taste is great, wide variety of sweets specially ice cream is also included and plenty of drinks are there and staff isfriendlyand co-operative too. its awesome experience there overall definitely will go again.

i had a great experience staying here verygood and superb service from the hotel especially kuzbara team with abdessamad who makes our dining experience fabulous he was alwaysfriendlyhelpful.

went 4 of us for dinner buffett and all was ageat.
very attentive staff with best service delivered.

i usually don't care too much about ambiance as long as the place is clean and hygienic. for me what matters the most is the taste and quality of food. but when you get a really cosy and pretty ambience and good food and afriendlyand efficient staff, you can't help but fall in love with the place. but one thing is for sure their patisserie chef is top notch. the focaccia with dried tomato was just melt in your mouth good. and the range and selection on desserts just wowed everyone. not forgetting the pretty intricate details and decorations on the desserts. kudos to the pastry chef. definitely worth a visit. we had the weekend lunch buffet. i hear the b.b.q nights are the best. await reviews. :)

we've been here twice from now, for a thursday bbq night, with unlimited hops&sangria, and we had one of our best dinner buffet.
the selection for food was very large, you can have grilled prawns, beef, lamb, fish etc or just gonna grab some vegetables, goulash, mashed potatoes, oysters, shrimps, salads, humus, various types of cheese, very tasty soups and so on. the sweets corner was delicious, with many types of dessert, cakes, pies and ice cream. for beers they had amstel, heineken and another brand and sangria, but also some cocktail with white wine.
the staff was very nice and friendly, trying to make us as comfortable as possible, paying so much attention on the tables, even is a buffet so you can serve yourself.

as a price per buffet is quite much 245 aed/ person, but if you'll use entertainer, then it will be 245 aed/ couple, so in his case is totally worth it.

drinks were really unlimited.

dinner is from 7:00pm to 11:00pm.

definitely we'll keep going and have a good time at this restaurant, which is one of our favorites.

(my rating is based on the overall experience only.. however for the food only i would give 3)

went over to kuzbara yesterday after seeing the 4.3 rating in zomato..

the place was nice and fresh.. was almost packed but we were lucky to get a table! the staff are very welcoming and ensures that you are comfortable at all times.. you have high chair seatings as well as the regular set ups.

we opted for the buffet service.. had the entertainer (buy one get one free).. the spread of food is amazing.. from indian, to arabic to sea food etc.. however, i was not really impressed with the taste.. for example, i tried the lamb roast very chewy.. butter chicken did not taste like the regular butter chicken.. it was more like a tomato based gravy..

i did however like the arabic food better.. and the beef roast.. and the umm ali for dessert..

i tasted almost all the dishes and desserts except the sea food section.. and overall it was an ok experience in terms of food..

achari chicken & other tandoor items & chutneys

not so good:
pumpkin soup
butter chicken

had breakfast here every day while staying at hotel for an extended stay. the food variety is great (multiple cuisines and drink options available). the biggest asset is the staff that is veryfriendlyand welcoming making dining at restaurant such a pleasant experience. special thanks to yesemin and shirley. if you have doubts about what to get from the hot foods section, get advice from shirley, she's super helpful - a pro! thank you!
