this review is for their bbq and hops night

good value for those who wants to feast on seafood, meat and beer ... more so if you have a coupon or entertainer

not a big spread but they make the effort with each sections. the highlight is their live bbq station (quite a huge selection of meat and seafood) and their dessert station. rest is quite the standard

ambience is "meh" unless you like the all day dining hotel breakfast setting

alcohol package comes with selection of beer and red/ white sangria only ... no wine or house pours package options for those who fancy neither ...

i am most disappointed by their grilled lobster. the lobster meat was stale and had an unappetizing after taste .. had half and didn't feel like finishing the rest ... it's not that it's overdone but rather the quality of the meat .. tasted like farmed lobster that has a very bad feed ... none of the sweet crustacean taste.

oyster are small and quite run of the mill .. blanched prawns are sadly cooked and chilled too long

the rest of the mains and accompaniments are ok but doesn't really stands out in taste .. hence i find myself not going back for seconds for the first time. i enjoyed the cakes and ice cream selections more!!

i must be missing something with all the previous rave reviews!

on the plus side,
- bbq beef and pomfret is surprisingly good
- good and efficient table service staffs for an almost full house

with so many other options for thursday themed nights at other hotels .. will checked this off for now.

back to serve up a fun brunch, @marriottdowntownad has relaunched its popular weekend brunch; yes you heard me right !! eat, play, laugh is returning to kuzbara, focusing on all three elements of the ultimate brunching experience ; good food, good drinks and good times.

as we pulled up to the entrance of the swanky hotel, our expectations were sky-high – after all, it’s not everyday that a friday brunch offers games and a resident dj all under the same roof.

there is a strong mix of international cuisine on the brunch menu with carvery stations and a stacked seafood bar, south-east asian street food,malay-thai delicacies, aromatic indian dishes, sushi,pizza & pasta.

the buffet had everything we could possibly want – from the classic tandoori chicken to game-changing chicken wings – if you have a sweet tooth, be prepared to linger around longer at the dessert station.

plus, keeping you busy and offering some entertainment, you can also play a range of games including giant jenga, darts and fusball while you enjoy the spoils.

so, with plenty to eat, play and laugh about, i would definitely recommend marriott downtown’s friday brunch to anybody looking for a fun and fabulous feast on a day off.

went to kuzbara for christmas eve. it was such a beautiful night. the staff were very welcoming. the service was warm and attentive and kind to children.
the live stations were good and the variety. tge deserts were fantastic. abimav was our waiter and he was excellent and courteous.
loved it.

we had the opportunity to indulge in the delicious new year's eve evening brunch at kuzbara. we enjoyed the delicious live stations, multi cuisine main courses, a vast spread of starters served at the table and a selection of delicious desserts. on the buffet were seafood stations, an indian tandoor station, turkey, roast leg of lamb, chargrilled station, asian counter, malaysian cuisine, ice cream station and mexican churros.
the staff was so friendly, professional and kind .social distancing was followed through out the brunch 🍽️🍹

hi friends, just wanted to share a very bitter experience of kuzbara restaurant at marriott downtown. 😟 we booked the christmas eve dinner for 9 people. i spoke with ms.melody there and asked her for availability for the dinner and also checked with her for the vegetarian options. after 4-5 calls back and forth, she confirmed our reservation and sent us this sms. today, late evening we got a call from this restaurant’s manager saying that our reservation is cancelled as the eve dinner is completely booked ( but we checked for availability before booking, also checked with the chef for veg options). it was a total disappointment even in the way they handled the situation. after 2-3 calls , they gave us the choice to move to al forsan marriott but we have young kids and didn’t want to move our plans last minute out of the city. we didn’t expect such a bad customer service from the marriott brand. now, we have nowhere to go tomorrow and give our children the christmas eve feel. so sad that marriott treats their customers like this, on a festive occasion. if you ever take reservations here, please check multiple times. we all are so super disappointed! 😣🙁☹️

kuzbara is an amazing place with a great atmosphere: amazing dj and games for the kids, not to mention really good food. the hospitality and kindness of the staff was also one of a kind!

kubara is one of the finest restaurants in abu dhabi, at a reasonable price and their staff is too good. specially thier capitan ram.

i visited kuzbara restaurant twice in repetitive days as i loved their indian theme on tuesday so i decided to visit again on wednesday on an arabic theme night as i love kebabs.

food literally was beyond my expectation.

kudos to the team for the efforts.

we went there on christmas eve.. they had a buffet.. it was great.. they have all kinds of meat with all kinds of vegetables and salads.. it was a variety.. even have an indian corner.. the desserts were amazing too.. the things they didnt have was arabic food and also they didnt have the classic bread section (there was bread but colored one).. overall we tried everything and all tastes great.. will come back for sure

i enjoyed my meal. great meat, great staff. the waitress was very attentive and friendly. it was a pleasure to have dinner there.

i am kinda person who loves spicy food and a lot of food. whenever i am in abu dhabi and want to go for an excellent brunch then kuzbara is always my final option because of their huge variety of indian food and very delicious drinks. 

it is the best brunch in abu dhabi. i would love to be at their brunch on any day of the year. 
their cocktails, desserts, the main course, in fact, everything is superb. live bbq and indian chat corners are the places you can find me if i am there. after that, if you need sheesha then you can go on the top floor of the hotel and have one of the best fresh flavored sheesha their.

spacious and sitting area some playing activities at the other corner where you can play different games with your friends and family.

overall an excellent place for brunch with your family or friends in abu dhabi.

had a satisfying buffet dinner last night at kuzbara. the selection is well thought of and each dish complement one another. well organized station but buffet runner should refill empty trays faster. thank you to gopal for being attentive and giving us a 5 star dining experience. highly recommended for christmas eve dinner or any day that calls for celebration.

loved the friday italian dinner buffet😍 every dish was made to perfection. being a veg i had my doubts but the live counter and many other veg options satisfied all my taste buds 🙂. ms tijits and mr krishnan were very courtious and ensured we had a good family time @ #kuzbara. options in desserts were out of the world i think i still missed tastings some as there were so many yummy delights. thank to kuzbara team for a yummy dinner experience🥰
