kumar mess it is one of the best restaurant in madurai for a non vegetarian treat. my dad used to tell me that food will be very good here so we wanted to try here.
all of us ordered mutton kari dosa as that was one of the special dish there and they served mutton elumbu gravy which was really good. kari dosa was spicy and tasty too but the size was very small compared to the cost.
we ordered idli, parotta, chicken 65, chettinad chicken also. idli was good and soft like homemade.
parotta was well layered and soft..went very well with chettinad chicken.
every dishes tasted good but i feel it's expensive and quantity is little less. chicken 65 they gave very small 6 pieces for 140 rs..
