good food, good service. my wife and i had brunch at kramer's on saturday. we were seated right away. i normally eat a litebreakfastso i had just the grits and the corn fritters. both were great. the only problem was there was a smell of garbage (not from this restaurant), so next time we will probably dine in.

wonderfulbreakfastspot!. stopped in here for quickbreakfastand had a wonderful experience. thebreakfastselection is full of interesting choices and specials. i ordered the soho omelet and it was delectable. the eggs were nicely fluffy and the fillings were delicious -- spinach (soft and fresh), bacon (slightly thicker cut and crispy) and swiss cheese (warm and full of stretchy goodness). next time i may have to try one of their three eggs benedict. the staff were attentive and very friendly and kept the coffee coming. they have outside seating and the front opens to make the cafe very airy on a nice spring day! what more could you ask for a nice breakfast.

super coolbreakfastspot connected to a bookstore! i had the spinach omelette that was oowiegooie with cheese, fresh spinach, and smoked bacon. the ambience was really college campus-ish. i really recommend stopping by after a morning run or stroll.

they saybreakfastis the most important meal of the day. to live up to that, my cousin told me that he had the perfect place in mind.
this place is my cousin’s favourite and after eating here, i figured out why. i started my day at kramerbooks & afterwords where i had a very delicious corned beef hash & eggs. with a bottomless brew on the side, i was content. the service here is fantastic as the staff are warm and courteous.
mybreakfast(technically their brunch) came on a skillet filled with the beef along with two perfectly poached eggs on top. a small slit into the egg made it flow out into the dish and my gosh, it tasted awesome!
overall, this meal was so satisfying and filling that i had my next meal only past 11pm.
if you love reading, they have a great bookstore at the back and if you’re in the mood for a drink, their pub will definitely not disappoint.

we recently atebreakfasthere twice and dessert once while visiting dc. the staff is kind, attentive when you want them to be, and quite helpful and accommodating. the food is fantastic! fresh, tasty, and nice portions. we had several different omelets, waffles, pancakes--all great! i'll be dreaming about the soho omelet for a while to come. the desserts were equally endearing, especially the apple crumb pie, the goober pie, and the salted caramel vanilla cake. and it's all in a bookstore, so you can peruse the shelves before or after. what an all-around delight!!

fantasticbreakfast- extremely generous portions.  delicious and fresh.  love that the cafe is hooked up with a book store.  clean, modern and enough folks employed to keep everything moving.  love good, local restaurants.

once my eyes landed on the cafe veggie hash, i knew i wanted nothing else. it was like 116 state’s tri color hashbrowns, but with an extra slam of veggies in the form of turnip, parsnip, rutabaga, butternut squash
asparagus, carrot, red pepper, onion all roasted up real nice that i chose to have topped with my eggs sunnyside up. i think thisbreakfastis really what got me through the rest of the day until dinner.

went for brunch this morning and had a lovely time. friendly service from the hostess and server. i love how every brunch meal comes with eggs and bacon and fruit. i hate having to choose between sweet and salty forbreakfastand i didn't have to do that here.

really good!. great food and great service.breakfastmenu is varied. food came quickly and was very tasty. espresso coffee was, by us standards at least, pretty good! experience was so good that we went back the same afternoon for a late lunch. again, really good. book browsing experience added an extra dimension. we're going back!

worth the wait. found this on this site when looking for abreakfaston the way to downtown. neat little place, and was very busy on a sunday morning (a good sign in my book). bustle-y and tight -- do not expect to have private conversation -- with a brunch deal with oj and tasty little poppyseed muffins included.

good food and large portions (i never leave good food, but did this time), maybe even slightly too large if i had to make a call.

got a crabcake and asparagus benedict and my only complaint is that the egg was truly poached, so a little wet in spots. most places "hard poach" automatically, so that is on me for not asking as much as on them. the crabcake was real lump crab as advertised, which is not common for "just a breakfast" place, and very good.

wandering out, there is also a great little bar with around a dozen eclectic beers on tap, from common stuff like stella and new castle to local brews and off-the-wall treats like brooklyn brewery black chocolate stout, rogue dead guy, and abita turbodog. though it was around 11 am and i was obviously not stopping to drink, the bartender offered a sample of fordham light lager when i mentioned i'd never heard of it.

overall, a nice little find, but if you want fast service, go when they're not busy.
