inside disneys polynesian resort. kona cafe was the place to be for our 10 year anniversary. great breakfast options. the amount of people here daily is overwhelming. this place is always hoppin. ann was our server today. starting us off with some great kona coffee. kona coffee press pot is the best way to start this party. this was so smooth. i am still feeling the effects of it. big kahuna. french toast, pancakes topped with pineapple sauce and macadamia nut butter, eggs, home-fried potatoes, ham, bacon, and sausage. tonga toast. banana stuffed sour dough frenchtoastrolled in cinnamon sugar and served with strawberry compote and bacon. overall great place to start off your day. amazing breakfast! kona café (407) 939-3463 1600 seven seas drive lake buena vista, fl 32830 location: seven seas dr,bay lake,united states

one of the best breakfasts you will find at disney. pineapple macadamia pancakes and the sausage were great..the tongatoastwas way too big, too much bread, and too sweet to enjoy. this is probably the best breakfast you are going to find at disney. i would definitely come back for breakfast...

kona cafe at the polynesian resort was the first stop on our last day in disney. we had been neglecting proper breakfasts in lieu of line free roller coasters, but today it was time to get our fill. i'm usually one for savory breakfasts. but the tongatoastwas too intriguing to pass up

go for the pineapple macadamia pancakes! fantastic! tongatoastis ok but the big kahuna is good for big appetites

any meal of the day. i love it here. this is one of my favorite places on property. i love the tongatoasthere. yes it is cheaper downstairs in captain cooks but upstairs you get it with all the fixings like strawberry compote to pour on top. i also enjoy lunch and dinner here. this has to be one of my favorite places on disney property. the creme brule is good, the noodle dishes are good, ok lets be honest i have only found one thing i do not totally love and that is the upside down cake. its just not me. its nothing wrong with the cake. i would rather be eating any of the other desserts because there are so many good ones. also this place has real kona coffee in a press pot. get it cause you will need the energy by lunch time.

i have only been for breakfast but if you want to start you day off right, tongatoastis the way. tongatoastis banana stuffed sourdough bread, rolled in cinnamon sugar. delish! dh enjoys the 100% kona coffee french press pot. would like to try for another meal, hopefully soon if we get back down there.
they have 2 locations listed on this site for kona cafe but i am quite sure that the one in the polynesian is the only one, not sure what that other one is, it has an address listed on epcot blvd??????
