kingsley's is one of the best steakhouses you will find in sydney. i went here for my father's birthday and it was a memorable dining experience. in summary, thefoodand ambiance was amazing but the service was a little slow.
we started off with some salad and calamari for the entrees which were both amazing. portions were small but definitely the 'quality over quantity' principle is evident here. for the mains, we ordered a variety of steak cuts: ribeye, new york strip, and filet mignon. for myself, i ordered the ribeye steak with two pieces of bone marrow on the side. the steak was cooked beautifully as requested to medium rare and the bone marrow had an incredible flavour. moreover, the side dishes we ordered were: salad, potato gratin, steakhouse chips, salad, and the beans. they were all stunning but the steakhouse chips was just beyond any chips that i have ever tasted.
seriously this place is pricey but it's truly worth it. a nice place to go for a special occasion like a birthday and i will definitely come back here again in the future.
