overpriced, unexciting menu and average food. very limited choice on wines by the glass. on a cold winters day/night, this place is also inadequately heated. the only redeeming feature was fairly good service. overall a very poor-value dining experience. its a shame as we used to enjoy coming here, but we will not bebackas its only a shadow of how good it used to be.

we ate so many crustaceans in so many combinations, all of which seemed tasty at the time. however went home with sharpe-stabbing pains in my stomach feeling certain i'd eaten far more shell than necessary. no fault but my own, but it's not a place i would rushbackto.

woolloomooloo is a dynamic place! a row of high end restaurants with harbour view. you will have good photos of sculpture if you go there during a sunny day. kingsleys serves high quality steak and crab with really amazing chilly sauce. i was impressed by the sauce which i thought of pack up home. i will surely comebackfor the crab!

kingsley's is one of the best steakhouses you will find in sydney. i went here for my father's birthday and it was a memorable dining experience. in summary, the food and ambiance was amazing but the service was a little slow.

we started off with some salad and calamari for the entrees which were both amazing. portions were small but definitely the 'quality over quantity' principle is evident here. for the mains, we ordered a variety of steak cuts: ribeye, new york strip, and filet mignon. for myself, i ordered the ribeye steak with two pieces of bone marrow on the side. the steak was cooked beautifully as requested to medium rare and the bone marrow had an incredible flavour. moreover, the side dishes we ordered were: salad, potato gratin, steakhouse chips, salad, and the beans. they were all stunning but the steakhouse chips was just beyond any chips that i have ever tasted.

seriously this place is pricey but it's truly worth it. a nice place to go for a special occasion like a birthday and i will definitely comebackhere again in the future.

first time eating at this steakhouse with my girlfriend! excellent service, food is perfect, view is refreshing. everything is beautiful in this restaurant!

if you love eating steak, you should try some of kingsleys selections. i will be comingbackto try the seafood!

rare to be so very well done!. four of my colleagues from throughout australia met up at kinglsey’s in august for a great steak. even during a cold august evening the restaurant was fully booked. they found a table on the wharf near an outdoor heater. although the heater could not stay alight, we managed to keep warm enough to enjoy a perfect steak.

i had my favourite cut, a rib eye (scotch) medium rare. it was crusty on top, juicy, sweet and perfectly cooked. perfect. the waiter convinced the other four guests to try a striploin (ny cut). they all loved it. they were all cooked differently and yet everyone was happy with their meal. said it was full of flavor and delicious. great job kingsley’s.

nothing but ordinary. the service was slow but with an acceptable time frame given how busy the restaurant was. the real let was the food starting from the started to steaks and sides and finishing with the deserts. they were decent but definitely not worth the price and not something i will be excited to comebackto. the only highlight was the sticky fingers which we really enjoyed.

very good service. went there for a 3rd time.. ordered the pepper coated kangaroo. it was nice meat, however they made an error and didnt pepper coat it. when i was asked how it was, i mentioned i thought it would have pepper, after checking they realised their error and asked if i wanted it re made, i said its okay and she brought out the pepper coating for me which i mixed in, they also then told me they would give us both free desert and also gave my mate and i a coffee. the kangaroo was delicious with the pepper coating on the side.

really appreciate the service, appreciated the kangaroo as it was still delicious and will definitely be goingbackagain soon.

just had dinner there. the rib eye was amazing and the bearnaise sauce was great with it. the potato gratin was beautifully made and was a perfect accompaniment with the steak. the only thing i found to be disappointing was the bone marrow: very garlic-y. despite that, i would easily comebackfor another steak. oh, for dessert, i got the semi freddo. delicious but a little bit too sweet and that is coming from someone who has a massive sweet tooth. :p

not bad. service was pretty good, food was good although i am still yet to find somewhere that can beat cha cha char in brisbane when it comes to steak.
would gobackagain but given the price would only be an occasional visit.

thorougly enjoyed it !. last night we went to the kingsley steakhouse in the city and thoroughly enjoyed more of a "fancy" night! the restaurant is in a lovely stone building that datesbackto the 1800's and used to be a candle factory. thick stone walls and beautiful wide floor boards. we enjoyed a scrumptious meal and a nice bottle of wine - the perfect way to end a hectic day!
