love the food, hate the wait. i think that keys food is good, although overpriced. i haven't had anything on the menu i don't like. however, lately when i go there forlunchthe service is beyond slow. the last time i went there i went at 11:30am forlunchwe didn't even get our food until 12:40 and it was cold. the waitress forgot about us after the food was served and we had to get up and find another waiter to track her down to give us our bill. we left at 1:30. that is too slow for a workday lunch. i think i will stick to running in for a delious cookie and eatlunchelsewhere.
