would come here.... after i got my bodyfat checked at a local university, as a "reward" for hitting certain milestones. the reward was always their pancakes; the pancakes were big, the pancakes were fluffy, the pancakes were fresh, and the those pancakes were awfully good. i have tried numerous different toppings including strawberries and bananas and it just enhanced the taste of the 'cakes. probably the best pancakes that i have had during my 18+ years of living in minnesota. if you live in suburbia it is a bit of a drive but well worth the trip to try theirbreakfastat least once.

little on the expensive side if you orderbreakfastdrinks but other than that, prices decent. the server was awesome

simplebreakfastmenu done really well! atmosphere is very art deco, speakeasy with awesome cocktails. the homemade desserts were huge and enough to share!

i had been here last weekend forbreakfastwith my wife and a friend. the food is really tasty. however i am giving it a less rating is because i had ordered for scrambled egg but instead got an omelette with my sandwich. when i asked the waitress about it she did not know what a scrambled egg was. she looked at us surprised and started explaining the types of eggs that you can get and also said that a scrambled egg is beaten first and then fried. lol. i did not argue and just ate everything as i was hungry and the sandwich was tasty.

great spot for an efficient, cost effective breakfast. you can't go wrong with thebreakfastclassics. despite how busy they are in the am, you can get in and out pretty quickly. i come here again and again and will continue to do so.

we decided to stick to the hotel area to eat, so we ate at the keys cafe, a local chain of cafe/bakeries that servebreakfastall day! i had eggs and turkey sausage, with some sourdough and their delicious homemade strawberry jam.

disappointing. we were in from out of town and decided to havebreakfastat key's cafe in the foshay building. i had eggs overeasy that were somehow watery. my partner had eggs benedict. the 'hollindaise' sauce tasted more like liquid nacho cheese you get from a stadium vendor. but the hashbrowns were by far the worst part of the meal. they were burnt but also tasted as though the grill hadn't been cleaned in a very long time. wouldn't recommend this to any visitors.

reliable gluten-free options. this place makes my needs easy. they have gf bread that can be used on any sandwich, and gf pancake/waffle mix ifbreakfastis your thing. i highly recommend their roast beef sandwich or a blueberry pancake (just one, they're the size of a large dinner plate).

awesome service! staff friendly! great food! went there with my 9 year old son for dinner and jeremy was our server! he's one of the best servers i have ever had! our experience at key's was great, would go back and i recommend highly! their club sandwich is awesome...their buffalo wings a little spicy...and i love how they don't charge extra for sides of ranch, blue cheese or for extra celery! :) next time going to have some of thebreakfastfood! check it out and request jeremy for your server!

i've always lovedbreakfastat the original keys... but a visit to the foshay is a must. big open dining room... art deco of course... with a huge full device bar. there was a bit of a wait for lunch starting around 11... so i sat at the bar.... ordered a half soup half sandwich combo. the chicken wild rice was the best i've had in a long time... thick, savory, crunchy wild rice with shredded chicken and some veggies. a cup wad more than enough... partly because my turkey cheddar half sandwich was enormous... a "healthy" portion of shaved turkey piled on thick crusty bread... you get chips too! great lunch for a great price... fun outing!

nothing fancy, but the best omlette i've eaten in years. the quality of the in gredients they use at keys is what sets them apart from any diner stylebreakfasti have ever eaten. i'll be back every chance i get.

great place forbreakfastor dessert!. we went to keys foshay twice during our trip to minneapolis, once forbreakfastand once for dessert.breakfastwas awesome, i had an egg / spinach / cream cheese scramble with hash browns. desert was over the top. we had spotted the cakes as we were leavingbreakfastand made a mental note to come back. i had some crazy chocolate cake with huge scoops of whipped cream on top and vanilla ice cream. i couldn't even finish it!

very good. a family café offering generous portions of home-cooked food, key’s is one of our favoritebreakfastplaces in the twin cities.
