amazing food.
beautiful ambience, polite & cheerful staff, very good service.
perfect place for fastfood. best place to visit with friends .
prices are very reasonable too.
overall great experience.

well, recentlyfood and drinking water from here!!
very good quantity and quality available here in budget!! just loved it.
specially, all they serve is freshly made and yummy!!
packaging was done very well and timely delivery service!!
i will surely going to order again from here soon.

we visited the hotel on the occasion of vishu for having sadhya ... the process started by the waiter who was totally confused how to keep the leaf and where to serve each and every thing !! thefoodwas awesome though but i dont know why all items were not served ( only when we asked do u have this they used to bring it ) ... none of the people who were serving us knew malyalam !! i did not find service upto the mark for the price they charged - 700 rs per sadhya ( insane !!) ... my personal favs were pallada , parripu and kalan !!

for a five star resort, keshia falls flat. the ambience was ridiculous, there was no fine dining experience, and they were severely short staffed. thefoodoptions were quite limited, and nothing expected in a five star dining space. the door to the pantry/ kitchen were kept open throughout the time we were having food, and hence we were subjected to constant clashing and cluttering of dishes, pans and utensils. thefoodas such was decent, we had ordered chicken clear soup, veg pulao, naan, koonthal roast and mutton curry. the portions are sufficient for a person, but if there are 2 people, definitely order for 2 people, one dish will not suffice for 2. overall, very unsatisfactory worth for the money and rating of a five star hotel

breakfast here in this flagship is definitely a good package. great selection of varieties and impeccable service.

i was well taken care of. it’s buffet system with a live counter for dishes like dosa, omelettes etc.foodwas delicious but you’ll not be wowed.

radisson blu is cosy and luxurious and one of most good looking 5 stars in kochi, we stayed there for two days and had breakfast buffet and the spread of the buffet was vast and the taste of thefoodand desserts was good and service was perfect and would definitely go back again!
buffet breakfast included:

live counter – egg, dosa, waffles, poori bhaji,appam stew

• mediterranean – mezze platter

• south indian – 4 dishes 
 • continental – 8 dishes
• desserts

• cut fruits – 5 types seasonal

• whole fruits – 2 types seasonal

• juice counter – seasonal fruits and vegetable juices

• smoothies / milk shakes 

• flavoured yogurt – 2 flavoured and 1 natural

• breakfast cereals – 4 types

• milk – hot / cold milk

pathetic service... starving since last half an hour butfoodnot served... a simple masala papad takes 30 mins to get served. not happy at all.

hotel cafe serving all meals. great service, in keeping with radisson standards.foodwas fine, nothing to brag about. staff was very courteous and accommodated all our special meal requests for our infant daughter. recommended.
