one of my favorites.... as far as pubs go, this is one of only 3 that i go to regularly, because it's that charming, cozy neighborhood pub that calgary lacks. it's a great atmosphere perfectly located in a nice little neighborhood, and the area is devoid of the loud harley's and general "douche-y" people that plague 17th ave. i will knock this place for one thing though ... the food. not that great, imo. the quality is definitely not worth the price, and the prices here seem really high for pub food. i try to come here for drinks only, which is fine by me. service is also excellent, the long-time waitress always gets me my favorite drink (great memory ... served me only a few times before !), and she treats me & my companion as if we're part of the cheers set. she always makes us feel like everybody knows our name !
