we had asked nagaraj to suggest best non veg dishes.he recommended us to try tender cocunut chicken and pot chicken biryani. it was worth the try.i would give 5/5 .it was an
amazing dish.also kori roti worth a try. if you have a verygoodappetite try for thali.
would definitely recommend to try this

in coastal karnataka where there is hot weather, only this restaurant has chilled ac and you get chilled beers! most others wouldn't havegoodacs, even the beers not much chilled to save electricity. they give vague reasons like fridge switched on just now, got delivery today etc.but here, no complaints!!! they know what customer wants❤️. qty is big and tis worth the price! service is good, ambience is very good👌 centrally located!

i wen here coz of the hype of the restaurant and i guess its quiet worth the hype
fish fry i had here was really awesome and perfectly fried and totally fresh
chicken lolipop was also reallygoodand properly marinated which improvised its taste
soup was kind of ok to taste
chicken tripple noodle was reallygoodhere as it tasted bit different than normal restaurants and had a really interesting taste which you gotta try
also the ambiance is reallygoodand spacious in here making us comfortable as well as the staff is prompt

we have been coming here for the past 10 years , but this time we have had a very bad experience , hygenic level of this place is not justified , this place food is supposed to begood, but whats the use when they cannot maintain the hygeine level .very disappointed 😔

ordered hyderabad chicken biryani and tender coco nut chiken. both are notgoodtaste wise. service is good.
it's not worthy to visit. taste is not that great

what we ordered:

tender coconut chicken- 5/5
you can choose amongst chicken,prawns and paneer as your main starter. the starter was yum and its presentation earned extra points.

murgh kastoori kebab- 3/5
this dish consists of around 6 chicken pieces marinated with green herbs. the chicken was a bit burnt and didn't taste great. it was served with some youghurt and mint chutney, which greatly enhanced the overall taste of the dish.

butter chicken- 3/5
this dish didn't really taste like 'butter chicken' and was bland.

matka biryani- 5/5
i haven't had many great biryani's in mangalore and this is the closest that i could find. the consistency of the chicken gravy and rice is great. it's served along with some raita and the quantity isgoodenough for 3 people.

mojito mocktail- 4/5
one can never go wrong with mojito. this one had chia seeds as an additional ingredient. anyway, it tasted great.

watermelon freez- 2/5
this drink had actual watermelon juice and ginger and not watermelon syrup which made it taste less of a mocktail and more of juice.

kediyoor gazebo is a great place to hangout with friends and family. the ambience and service is nice as well.

placed a no brainer - fish thali!
above average food withgoodquality fish curry and fish fry.
the rate i feel in a town like udupi is pretty expensive.
ambiance, quality, quantity - superb.

i had been here for the very first time after having heard about this place from a several bunch of people. it seems to be pretty famous probably because it is one of the poshest restaurant near the udupi bus station. i am from mumbai and don’t really expect an excellent variety of north indian and continental cuisine in mangalore. but if at all i wish to be somewhere craving with the family outing, this place definitely goes down on my “visit again” list.
we ordered for the chicken non veg platter. it was above average and tasty.
we went ahead with chicken hyderabadi and butter chicken with tandoor. unlike a lot pf restaurants in karnataka, where there is this basic essence of spices in no matter whatever gravy or curry you order for; both the dishes had their own blend of spices. butter chicken could have been more buttery though.
then we had some plain white rice with fish curry which tasted prettygoodas well.

wouldn’t really exaggerate about the food here. it is pretty much above average and trustworthy on quality and service with a comfort ambience and friendly staffs that too in a place like udupi. i was satisfied with the food and the service. so were my family members :)

one of those really fancy places that you used to get to go to as a kid.
wooden wall interiors, too much white, neat, clean, sophisticated. classical indian fine dining.
but the prices are just cheap compared to the ambience. or probably its just a non-metro andgoodpeople effect?
the food was quitegoodas well. we ordered the kundapur chicken and garlic naan. not the best combination since they both comes with aroma - one with coconut the other with garlic.
overall, loved this place. great food, great service, courteous staff.

nice standard hotel well maintained andgoodservice by waiter and food quality is alsogood.nice atmosphere. hotel will be crowded on weekends
