we ordered non veg thali. it hadchickenbiryani ,chickensukka , kori rotti ,chickencurry , papad & salad. the quantity was more and satisfactory. loved the food.chickencurry and sukka taste was amazing . lovely staff and place .

chicken was not tender.
taste seemed just fine of bothchickenbiryani and garlic chicken.

taste and quality has deteriorated than before. we ordered starters like drums of heaven-which was not fresh looked like it was fried some days back; kalmi kebab- small chunk of meat on a huge bone, didn’t seem likechickenbone and meat was chewy;chickenirani kebab - bland taste with chewy meat; none of the starters was, felt like eating rubber as the meat was very chewy. in main course we orderedchickenbiriyani which tasted ok. didn’t expect such food from such a place. it didn’t seem worth spending money.

must try for non veg lovers
we had asked nagaraj to suggest best non veg dishes.he recommended us to try tender cocunutchickenand potchickenbiryani. it was worth the try.i would give 5/5 .it was an
amazing dish.also kori roti worth a try. if you have a very good appetite try for thali.
would definitely recommend to try this

it’s becoming my fav restaurant in udupi. this time i ordered for my mom & dad’s wedding anniversary and as usual the food made the occasion so special. thanks to the chef ❤️it was similar to what my mom makes 🔥. thechickenwas so fresh and delicious. i hope you guys know how special a occasion can turn with a proper & amazing food. thanks again.

chillichickenwas bit spicier than expected.

ordered lollipop,chickenmanchurian,chickengarlic it was really good.

worst fried rice i ever had. paying 290 forchickenfried rice. and there was not even a single veggies in the fried rice. just scrambled eggs n few huge chunks ofchickenwas in it. total waste of money.

triedchickenthali & fish thali along with achickenmanchow soup. the 2 thalis were good. the thali had almost the mangalorean cuisine which were perfect in taste. thechickenmanchow soup was not that great

ordered hyderabadchickenbiryani and tender coco nut chiken. both are not good taste wise. service is good.
it's not worthy to visit. taste is not that great

first in udupi and the first restaurant we visited was kediyoor and it was amazing! what we ordered and loved:chickenlollipop,chickenmint kabab,chickenghee roast, korri roti & rassa, masala prawns, mughlyay biryani and gadbad for dessert.
korri roti & rassa is a udupi special and you should not miss it!

what we ordered:

tender coconut chicken- 5/5
you can choose amongst chicken,prawns and paneer as your main starter. the starter was yum and its presentation earned extra points.

murgh kastoori kebab- 3/5
this dish consists of around 6chickenpieces marinated with green herbs. thechickenwas a bit burnt and didn't taste great. it was served with some youghurt and mint chutney, which greatly enhanced the overall taste of the dish.

butter chicken- 3/5
this dish didn't really taste like 'butter chicken' and was bland.

matka biryani- 5/5
i haven't had many great biryani's in mangalore and this is the closest that i could find. the consistency of thechickengravy and rice is great. it's served along with some raita and the quantity is good enough for 3 people.

mojito mocktail- 4/5
one can never go wrong with mojito. this one had chia seeds as an additional ingredient. anyway, it tasted great.

watermelon freez- 2/5
this drink had actual watermelon juice and ginger and not watermelon syrup which made it taste less of a mocktail and more of juice.

kediyoor gazebo is a great place to hangout with friends and family. the ambience and service is nice as well.

i had been here for the very first time after having heard about this place from a several bunch of people. it seems to be pretty famous probably because it is one of the poshest restaurant near the udupi bus station. i am from mumbai and don’t really expect an excellent variety of north indian and continental cuisine in mangalore. but if at all i wish to be somewhere craving with the family outing, this place definitely goes down on my “visit again” list.
we ordered for thechickennon veg platter. it was above average and tasty.
we went ahead withchickenhyderabadi and butterchickenwith tandoor. unlike a lot pf restaurants in karnataka, where there is this basic essence of spices in no matter whatever gravy or curry you order for; both the dishes had their own blend of spices. butterchickencould have been more buttery though.
then we had some plain white rice with fish curry which tasted pretty good as well.

wouldn’t really exaggerate about the food here. it is pretty much above average and trustworthy on quality and service with a comfort ambience and friendly staffs that too in a place like udupi. i was satisfied with the food and the service. so were my family members :)
