this is going to be a detailed review. before you order/dine, make sure to read this.

i started eating from kalsang 3-4 years back. it used to be a good outlet with decent food quality (but used to be oily always). in last 1 year, i have ordered and dined 3-4 times. each and every time, the taste has been horrible (and oily as always). noodles are tasteless. better eat maggi at home. if you order their tasteless veg momos, 90% of it will be cabbage and onions! do not expect spring onions, paneer, carrot, soya nuggets, a lot of stuff that goes into momos.

the price they charge can not be justified now for the tasteless food they make. i think after covid lockdowns, their chefs have left may be. but the taste is on the decline since last 1 year and i have reached to an extent where i have stopped ordering from them.

search on zomato, you will find many other options which a lot tastier and higher in quality than kalsang.

i feel pain to write this as i used to love kalsang. but i cannot recommend it anymore due to the decline in quality and taste.

dry chillie chicken was not good.. chicken was rubbery and not at all fresh... infact taste was not upto the mark... same with chilli egg plant what we use to have before chilli eggplant... this eggplant was totally different recipe which we didn't like...

it is literally the most unhygienic and disgusting food you could eat.
found a cockroach in my soup !

all soggy and not at all good. no sesame seeds added. nothing like what kalang serves at their place. literally pathetic.

never disappointed, quality of food, packaging and most of all taste, authentic.
keep it up.

the food was amazing. it was exactly as spicy as i wanted it to be. generous serving of pork along with a bunch of vegetables. it was of the same quality that i would have got if i had gone to the restaurant to dine in.

devils momo was pathetic. i ordered fired momo but it was just normal boiled momo which taste very bad in gravy. the gravy is very bad.

so dry and hopeless. please take this back and refund. one can’t swallow it either.

mutton momo had a very bad smell, not impressed at all.
pork momo filling was with little chunks of pork, it should be mince. not impressed with kalsang, it's very hyped.

wrong food delivered ----- pls do not order from them
