the order was not supplied in full , the drynoodleswith chopsuey were missing, this restaurant is habitual of sending short items , kindly check on delivery, as after that they don’t take calls too.

the chicken thukpa is not really great.noodlesare way too less and very short noodles. its mostly broth. also the service could be improved. the waiters are rude and can use some training on how to conduct themselves around patrons

it was horrible. thenoodleswere extremely salty and inedible. this is not expected zomato or kalsang. horrible. will go withoutnoodlesi demand full refund nothing less

chicken momos good in size , filling and taste only improvement possible is the thickness of the skin which can be finer.
for vegnoodlesdon't go by the description on the menu as we found no veggies in the noodles, only a shy dash of spring onion and a mini mix of capsicum n cabbage.
good on taste and portion but lacking on value for money and satisfaction. been visiting the outlet for over 6 years(m'suri) and looking forward for many more better dining experiences with kalsang.

below average food quality served by kalsang,surprisingly so since i have been a regular customer before food did not taste fresh,momos lacked flavour,and both veg and non vegnoodlestasted identical save a few pieces of meat here and there.disappointed !!

i started eating from kalsang 3-4 years back. it used to be a good outlet with decent food quality (but used to be oily always). in last 1 year, i have ordered and dined 3-4 times. each and every time, the taste has been horrible (and oily as always).noodlesare tasteless. better eat maggi at home. if you order their tasteless veg momos, 90% of it will be cabbage and onions! do not expect spring onions, paneer, carrot, soya nuggets, a lot of stuff that goes into momos.

the price they charge can not be justified now for the tasteless food they make. i think after covid lockdowns, their chefs have left may be. but the taste is on the decline since last 1 year and i have reached to an extent where i have stopped ordering from them.

search on zomato, you will find many other options which a lot tastier and higher in quality than kalsang.

i feel pain to write this as i used to love kalsang. but i cannot recommend it anymore due to the decline in quality and taste.

tibetan food is very good here !
restaurant lacks fresh air , better ventilation needed. chinese food was average ! 5 stars for tibetan food and 2 stars for chinese food .
tried kothey , pork momos , hakkanoodles, manchurian.
focus is more towards pysching customers with ambiance n customer feedback in napkins n currency board . rather focus should be on food n service .
didn’t like wasting currency on boards with people signatures . currency for any country is precious and should be wasted for exploring business .
if the focus changes from all these things to food , foodies will be there more often !

i dont have a pic as oil cant be seen as such but it tasted as raw n cheap oiled flavor as a street side joint . it was really bad as compared to kalsang musooriee joint . i was just crying for the raw huge chunks of green chillies that were a part of the so called chickennoodleswith hot basil leaves.

the food here is great! as restaurant chains go, this one is pretty great and i try to eat from one at least once and it never disappoints.
would recommend thenoodlesand the thukpas.

came here with such great expectations but i am extremely disappointed, i am writing this review while sitting at the restaurant on the evening of 26jan. ordered for momo, mutton and noodles, unfortunately asked for some basil onnoodleswhich they simply refused, i mean what is the big deal about few leafs of basil!!!?????? and you know there is no basic courtesy of refusing gracefully, the lady was extremely blunt with a bitter "no"

i was in dehradun for a work trip and had heard alot about this place so i decided to order it online. i ordered a veg thukpa for myself and a chicken mothuk for my colleague. even though the food came from far and it took 45 mins to the delivery my food reached me hot and fresh. the portion of thukpa was more than i could have it was so filling. the mothuk had 5 good size pieces of momos. the only thing i didn't like was that the momos got soggy in the broth i wish they had packed the momos separately like they did the noodles. the veg broth and chicken broth was very favourful and had their own distinct flavour, one could make out the difference. i had a great experience and would reorder from this place if i visit dehradun again.

also the packaging was done nicely there was no spill. as the broth was sealed in a packet and the packet was well fitted in the soup bowl. one could easily pour the broth in the bowl assemble it withnoodlesand enjoy.

best chinese joint in town. the quantity and quality here is absolutely amazing. everything on the menu is freshly available. the mutton momos here are best in town. choupsey and lamennoodleshere are worth trying too. there's never even a small complain for kalsang. must visit when in dehradun!

the best food outlet in dehradun. this place is famous for its chinese, tibetan food. the restaurant is a bit on other side of the city.

the place is huge with two floors and ample amount of seating. lot of tibetan feel here. staff is quiet helpful. service is a bit slow.

menu is amazing. loads of options. we tried momos with indian tadka, chilly garlicnoodlesand thupka. everything tasted really good. momos with indian tadka was different, it had a indian curry on top. so if you like your momos plain, dont go for it. everything else was relishing.

altogether a must go place in dehradun.
