good food, casual dining, low prices. getting really great indian cuisine is like the finest french dining experience. the sauces are light, tangy, spicy, and sweet. the spices are ground fresh, the meats and vegetables do not taste like they are swimming in ghee. knc meets all the basic requirements ofgoodindian food. it's not greasy, you can taste the spices and the ingredients are fresh. i tried my old standby saag paneer and enjoyed it with some plain naan, rice and a hot tea for less than $14. a nice casual meal with attentive service.
