on a quest for the best!. the numbers on this place are awesome (a 90%+). i guess i can understand it for some people, but not for me.

the food was adequate, it came hot and quick. the cost was not offensive, the waiter was nice, it was clean (albeit a bit out dated). i have nothing to complain about, it was o.k. obviously, people like the place. it's just not for me. to me it's like every other italian restaurant on every corner, in every neighborhood in pittsburgh. italian restaurants are to pittsburgh what chinese restaurants are to san francisco, there a scads of them and they are all "o.k." to me, juliano's is not bad, it's just o.k.. congrats to you juliano's for finding your niche audience, i am just not one of them. i wish you continued success. i am going to continue my quest for the best.

administrative assistant. juliano's catered my daughter's graduation in july and it was excellent! our guests raved about the quality of the food. so, when it came time for my workplace holiday lunch, the director chose to order from juliano's. the staff are always pleasant to work, flexible and again, the quantity and quality of the food is excellent!

very good food. i ate a juliano's for the first time the other day and they have very good food. we seen the pizza posted on facebook by a friend and it looked so good so this is why we tried them out. i have to say we will return to try some of the other items on the menu now that we tried the pizza and for the dessert we had some kind of fried dough with powder sugar on it both of which were very good.

tasty italian hoagie. the bread was very thick and crusty, good, but not my preference. looking forward to trying the pizza.

don't waste your time. the service was great but the food is expensive and bland! go to girasoles restaurant in shadyside for real italian food!

old fashioned little place. staff was very friendly. owner or manager took care of us at the register- seems very involved with his team. food was good. service was fast. we all gave it a solid b rating.

so aggravated!. this is the 4th time i've ordered delivery and they always mess up! the girl on phone was pleasant but i've told them every time that i need 3 sauces in total on the side. 2 marinaras and a ranch and i don't mind paying the extra charge. but for some reason it's always missing a sauce. if you have a special request don't get it delivered as it will be wrong. we will not be ordering again.

awesome. one of the best italian joints in pittsburgh. great food, awesome service and reasonably priced. the only negative is the 1.50 delivery charge but i can live with that. this is one of my favorite restaurants.

best italian food. we were staying at a nearby hotel on our way home to ontario, and decided to make a reservation, because the write up on line sounded so good. i had the gnocci's(best i ever had) and my husband had the shrimp and pasta. salad was quite fresh, and really enjoyed it. we were too full for dessert, so we decided to get the panne fritte to go, should of got two orders we loved them. all was excellent, we would thoroughly recommend juliano's, and i am italian. i will definitely make this a regular stop, on our way south. by the way service was great. gloria and russ

excellent pizza, prompt & friendly service. visited with my elderly mom on a tuesday evening, 5 pm. restaurant just starting to get busy. was seated immediately. had a thin-crust "firenze" pizza - onions, green peppers, mushrooms. excellent. also had a tossed salad: not fancy, but fresh and tasty.

not cheap, but a fair price for what i got. nice selection of beers in the cooler, but it's not a place for heavy drinking.

am not from that area and had no prior knowlege of juliano's. would definitely recommend. and would go again!

great food/price. i found out about juliano's from a facebook friend recently and have been there a few times. i enjoyed the food very much and the portions are very nice for the price. can't wait to go back again, it's my new favorite place to dine.

overpriced, average quality. i have been going here for years, anything you order here will be fresh and taste good. my problem is that you don't get enough food for the price. specifically when you order a topping on a pizza and you get a very minimum amount. example 1 slice of pepperoni per slice. i have stopped eating here for that reason.

the best. for years i have hungered for the pizza of my youth - in the fifties everyone i knew grouped at dell's in bloomfield for the most wonderful pizza. needless to say that 'kind' of pizza no longer exists there, nor anywhere else that i could find. and then, hey presto! we stopped at juliano's on our way to our airport motel and decided to drop in. the pizza was superb and in some ways even better than my long remembered pizza of the past. our waitress was informative and personable, she listened to what we wanted i.e. crust where the bubbles were not bursted andsoforth. we now have a permanent on the way to the airport and returning home destination. bravo!

review. great place to dine....they have the best pizza ever.....never had a bad meal there...and friendly employees too. nick the owner always makes sure you are welcomed and satisfied. all restaurants should be like juliano's.
