good food, terrible service. my family ate here for the first time yesterday. it was a saturday but barely halfway full. it took at least 15 minutes to take ourorderafter getting our drinks. we told our sever we were ready and she said hold on and it took 7-10 more mins of waiting. she told my sweet 14 month old his hands were nasty and don't touch her...then she took an automatic 16% tip..i wouldn't have given her any. very disappointed and won't be back. the food was great tho. so at least i enjoyed that. too bad my kids were freaking out after being starving and waiting 25 mins to get ourordereven taken.

good food-horrible service. the food is good when it finally makes it to your table. but, don't expect all of yourorderto come at once. and don't expect management to help when you have a problem.

mediocre at best. i have eaten here twice in the past two weeks. my firstorderwas the swiss mushroom burger which was a decent burger (kinda hard to mess up a burger).

my second visit and meal was fried chicken. the fried chicken was a frozen pre-breaded chicken breast. i was expecting real fried chicken "on the bone". the chicken breast was over fried and very dry. i also had greens, green beans and black eyed peas. the green beans and black eyed peas were good, but my greens were over cooked and a little dry. they need a little work here for me to revisit.

called in anorderhere. food was great, but the girl on the phone had no customer service.

not impressed. place got good reviews here, but our experience was not good. came in at about 8:00pm on a saturday. only a few customers but had to look for a clean table. waitress #1 took or drink orders then disappeared for a while. after about 10 min or so waitress #2 stopped stacking menus and asked us if we had ordered yet. she took ourorderand then went to the bar where waitress #1 was flirting with a couple of young guys there. when theordercame up it was brought to our table except for the milkshake i asked to come out with the meal. after some more bar-side flirtations, it was brought out in time for me to have it as desert. hamburgers were charred on the outside and raw in the middle and very salty. this place definitely needs adult supervision on the weekend. i guess everyone is entitled to an off night, but it will be some time before i try this place again.
