i’ve been to jonah’s three times now. theserviceof the wait staff is superb. the white draped tables and a breath taking view over whale beach is an experience to be had!
over the three visits, i found the menu to be fresh and vibrant as it seasonally changes.
the wine selection here is also very impressive.
jonah’s has always been an eloquent experience, i’ll definitely keep on coming back.

great venue, we go here often however don't expect amazing value as you do pay for the view and location. theservicefor drinks is delayed if your going for a drink however it's worth the wait. breakfast to me is the best value and again amazing location. the staff are always friendly and food consistent. great place to go for a drink and nibble, but don't expect a huge meal if you done for dinner. it's definitely quality and not quantity. all the same i love it and go back time and time again.

i don't know if it's because we got engaged here so my memories of the food is extra good but it was definitely a good meal. we had the degustation dinner, and breakfast the following morning. very friendlyserviceand beautiful view of the beach in the morning. the food is well prepared and very well cooked. you don't become a hatted restaurant if you don't do good food!

i don't know what i can say about this place that hasn't been said before. views spectacular. servicevery friendly and attentive. food delicious. wine list amazingly extensive. price expensive. the amuse bouche and pre-dessert dessert were charming and tasty. everything i ate and drank was delicious and i'd love to come back for a lazy sunday afternoon drink in the garden area below. totally worth it for a special occasion celebration or to show off australia to visiting friends and family. probably too expensive to be somewhere you'd visit on a regular basis -- although the well heeled palm beach locals may disagree!

came here for lunch, it was such a beautiful scenery. its better to come at lunch so you can see the views. was happy with our food and theservicewas good the waiter was polite. i am a big fan of oysters, they had these beautiful tathra oysters that were creamy. i had the fish of the daythis was cooked beautifully. would love to come back and visit again

my boyfriend surprised me with a night at jonah's for my birthday in june 2015, so this review is for a while ago. from the moment we got there to the moment we left we felt like everything about the hotel was spot on. staff were on point and seemed to genuinely care about guests and the rooms were beautiful. our dinner of a seafood platter was delicious, each element was of top quality. desserts and drinks were fantastic as well. we were really impressed with the service, my boyfriend in particular thought christian was great. for breakfast the next day we started off with the most delicious little croissants and butter - best i've ever had. i got the acai, which is not your typical type (more like a smoothie poured on top of granola) and fritters. boyfriend got waffles and mushroom bruschetta (forgot the exact names). all were great but mushrooms the winner.
yes jonah's is expensive, but for the quality andservicei would honestly say it's worth it for a special occasion. i've eaten at top hatted sydney restaurants and jonah's def gives them a run for their money.

fantastic boutique hotel with incredible views. we tried the bar menu, dinner, as well as breakfast. food was good, but not amazing.servicewas a bit lacklustre. but the overall experience for our overnight stay was a positive one.

i'm not usually one to write a review but i booked this place for my partner's birthday for lunch and it completely blew us away. the food,service& view was amazing & we cannot fault this restaurant. thank you so much for a wonderful afternoon! we will be back again without a doubt.

used to come here for coffee simply for the amazing view, despiteserviceoften being quite slow and inefficient. yesterday was totally wowed by amazingservicethat coffee turned into champagne and even getting some food. love this place and the amazing view and delighted thatservicehas got so good- well done management

gents, if you want to impress a lady, take her here. amazing views, greatserviceand the food was top notch. i had the kingfish and my girlfriend had the barramundi. was cooked to perfection and they nailed the crispy skin. looking forward to my next visit.

excellent food very average service. we have been dining at jonah's for over 20 years. the food is excellent and so is the wine list - it hasn't always been that way. unfortunately theservicedoes not match the price level. when asking for top dollars one should not sacrifice on quality of staff. beware of some of the waitresses.

we gasped as we entered jonah’s restaurant. the view looking over whale beach is mesmerising and we wordlessly thank god for the perfect weather. the waiters we encountered today had strong european accent. they are extremely mannerly and pronounce “bon appétit!” delightfully. theserviceis seamless and the timing between each course gives us the right amount of time to digest and admire the view. as jonah’s rightly states on their website, their food is quite possibly the only thing that could divert our attention from the stunning view.
