great place. i like this place a lot. it's a bit pricey at times, but i'll pay more for quality food any day. avoid going there at peak hours, or you'll be in line for a while. once your order is in it doesn't take long, but getting to that point can be a hassle. i tend to go there a lot when my schedule gets messed up and i'm eating at an off-peak time. there's a reason a line forms, and it's not because they serve bad food. their breakfast is good too.

food is ok - if they have what you want.. i showed up today, wooed to go here by the description of the ham & cheese fritters. so, arriving 10 minutes after they opened at 8 - they were out. no "sorry" - just "we don't have it, but it's on the list to be made." good to know.

maybe one of the two cooks on break or the cook who kept running back and forth to the bathroom texting on could have made some. i got something else (only because the counter girl made me feel uncomfortable, becuase i was taking too long thinking about a plan b) - it was ok.

service was mediocre - counter girl just set on our empty drink cups on the counter, forcing us to reach inside their stupid window while she watched. the maintenance guy (after a good 30 minute bs session with another maintenance guy) proceeded to stink up the outside (how hard is to stink up the outside?) using ridiculous amounts of stainless steel polish.

i was visiting friends, who said they don't go becuase it is always crowded. every time we drove by this week, the parking lot was empty. 10 minutes after open - you are already out of stuff for the after-church breakfast crowd - now i see why.

most tv stars make it becuase they are great actors - this tv star acts like a great restaurant - but really - i would pass.

stick to farming, joe.

retro environment, great concept, pretty good food. we went to joe's farm grill the last time we were in phoenix and really enjoyed our experience. it is very family friendly and a great concept (farm fresh ingredients in fast food casual menu).
while the chicken sandwich, onion rings, and other items we ordered didn't blow me away, they were all good staples and i am happy we went.
the kids will like it and likely, you'll return.

overrated, food was good but not worth the price. if you want bbq go to joe's bbq or enjoy nice meal at liberty. farm grill misses the mark the other restaurants have set!

love the food and the location however when calling to place a phone order the staff was rude and in willing to take an order because of a line.

worth the wait. long lines but there is a reason, the food is great!. from the time to order and getting your food is less than 15 minutes on a busy day. suggest ordering either the sonoran or regular hot dog. the regular hot dog comes with onions and their style of relish which is lightly pickled cucumbers had a fresh bite to a homemade hot dog.

it makes for some fresh and tasty eats. joe's has become wildly popular in the east valley. it doesn't hurt that they got some pretty good marketing and advertising from a popular food network

critical meltdown in service. heres my reason. the bbq tastes the same as there bbq joint.. our order was missing our frys and the burger was undercooked. heres the trouble, if you do have a problem, its very difficult to get it resolved. the lines are huge and the pick up window is swamped. no waitstaff to flag down! what? the window just looks at you like uhhhhh.. also, the receipts to verify your order are not specific enough to show the staff an error occured. ... joes bbq is better.

innovative food, fast. you place your order and pick up at the counter, just like a fast food place, then find a table and sit down. the food is good, and a bit out of the ordinary. good place for a quick meal with quality, well-prepared food.

good, not great. i like this place overall. the burgers are tasty but i think this place is a bit over-rated. this can't be the second best place to eat in all of phoenix. i love the wide open lawn for the kids to play but all in all a bit pricey for a fast food style burger joint. good for locals but i would not drive more than 15 minutes for this.
