not worth the hype! we went there for breakfast with high hopes offreshfarm food and got cafeteria style scramble and bland potatoes. the pancakes were ihop style and nothing special. the best part is the location of the restaurant and frankly the only thing they have going for themselves along with the pseudo pc concept of "fresh food right from the farm". if you look around the actual farm you can see that they really don't farm much usable food for the restaurant. all in all just glorified cafeteria food hiding behind a great concept.

for a place the boastsfreshfarm products, i was surprised by the level of fried foods. the salad certainly tasted fresh, the onion rings were firm but tasty with a great breaking. bbq was fine with the shredded pork being the star. plenty of outdoor seating but very little lighting. overall a disappointing experience not worth a long drive to.

got to try it!. this is a very busy place. we went for sunday breakfast around 10:00 am. the line was out the door which says a lot about the place. the line moved quickly and we ordered in less than 10 minutes. food was ready in less than 5 minutes. everything we had wasfreshand very tasty. the pancakes were awesome while the omelettes were just as tasty. very good selection of different breakfast items for everyone! would definitely go back again and would recommend to everyone!

long lines, too much hype!. i don't know what the big deal is about with regard to this place... everything on this menu is just "ok..." well except for the onion rings... those were better than average... otherwise it isn't really worth the wait in line...

also... in terms of the line... they have one person taking orders!!! the line is huge, and they have 2-3 registers... they could easily make it go more quickly if they were organized... but it appears they like to make their customers wait for mediocre food...

the shame, is that a lot of things on their menu sound and look good... but the flavor isn't there overall, or it has a tgif friday's kind of vibe to it... just having farmfreshingredients isn't enough joe! where's the flavor? where's the technique?

i had their famous burger, it was thin and in need of seasoning... my fiancee had the bbq pork sandwich... which tasted like chain bbq... not a "bad" meal, but definitely not worth all the hype... or the line... or the price tag...

overall, it should be three stars, but i'm giving it two because it doesn't live up to its own hype! if you're gonna talk the talk, you need to walk the walk!

joe’s farm grill it took me almost two years after moving here to find this hidden gem of a restaurant in gilbert but it became one of my favorites right away!  their focus is on common food done uncommonly well and served quickly.  and they hit the nail on the head! common foods such as burgers, fries, pizza, salads, and ribs are made into masterpieces at joe’s! not only is it gourmet fast food dining, but they use as much as they can from the organic garden on site.  what they can’t get on their own farm (i.e. the beef), they get from local, organic or natural suppliers.  you never really notice howfreshsomething is until you have something prepared that was picked that day. wow! atmosphere:   with your choice of inside or outside dining, you can enjoy joe’s year round.  the restaurant is placed in the middle of the farm where the food you are eating is grown.  it might be in the city, but it feels like the middle of nowhere and has the peacefuln

see you at joe's!. this place is at a great location. not a convenient location for me, but eating at a farm is quite charming. i really like that you have the option to eat indoors or a number of different places outdoors.

the facility is such a futuristic looking building, yet it's on a farm. quite trippy. the bathrooms are clean, and they have a convenient hand washing station located near the restrooms.

the food tastesfreshand tasty. i just had a cheeseburger, garlic fries, and a soda. some say it's a little pricey, but i think the prices are on par with carl's jr. believe me, you'd rather be eating food from joe's farm grill.

awesome find. we took a last minute weekend trip to phoenix for a little get away and stumbled upon joe's. i knew we were in for a treat because as we pulled up one of the cooks was cutting rosemary from their bush out front. the restaurant itself is surrounded by fruit trees, and a has a community garden out back. they use what they grow and according to their menu, their standards exceed those set by fda organic. everything wasfreshand savory. we stopped in for breakfast, but we'll definitely be going back to try the rest of the menu!

retro environment, great concept, pretty good food. we went to joe's farm grill the last time we were in phoenix and really enjoyed our experience. it is very family friendly and a great concept (farmfreshingredients in fast food casual menu).
while the chicken sandwich, onion rings, and other items we ordered didn't blow me away, they were all good staples and i am happy we went.
the kids will like it and likely, you'll return.

worth the wait. long lines but there is a reason, the food is great!. from the time to order and getting your food is less than 15 minutes on a busy day. suggest ordering either the sonoran or regular hot dog. the regular hot dog comes with onions and their style of relish which is lightly pickled cucumbers had afreshbite to a homemade hot dog.

it makes for somefreshand tasty eats. joe's has become wildly popular in the east valley. it doesn't hurt that they got some pretty good marketing and advertising from a popular food network

great food!. all the food served here is fresh, as in they grow their own veggies on the farm behind the restaurant! from the fontina burger, to the ahi tuna sandwich topped with asian slaw, and the grilled pizza. everything isfreshand you can taste it! whatever you order, you can't go wrong. just don't forget their japanese-style breaded onion rings! also, they were featured on ddd with guy fieri, so you know they are bringing it!
