my go-to restaurant. i go to jack astor's often, and i'm never let down. most of the dishes i've had were quite good (my favorite is the chicken club pizza),and the rest were not bad. theserviceis usually really good and the prices are typical for this type of restaurant. i'm sure i'll be back many more times.

food wasn't too bad. brought the family out for dinner and a couple of our steaks came out very rare despite ordering medium-rare.servicewas slow even though it wasn't busy. waitress forgot our utensils and messed up the bill. pricing was ok but on the expensive side for what we got...

great food greatservicehad a perfect steak cooked to order. my son had same off of children menu. wife had great chicken salad. my sever was a pro great timing.

oh so good. first time here and it was oh so good, even tho i sat at the bar,servicewas amazing. food is terrific andserviceis top notch.

there are the 'boston pizza' and 'montana' 'kelsey's' and 'east side mario's' in this world. and i'll be blunt, these aren't my cup of tea. you can feel the marketing reps at work from the moment you walk in; jack astor's offers that same overly-perky hostess and waitress, and the decor and theme are well calculated but theserviceis good and the food is average and above. i had chicken wings and california grilled chicken salad and starbucks coffee! yes! 7/10. if u r in the area worth a stop.

great variety for everyone in the group.
the popcorn sundae ( i think that's what it is...maybe it has caramel in it?) was delicious.
fun atmosphere, and they have a great deal on movie tickets !

great place!. the music was great! i went on a wednesday night around 5 pm. it was pretty busy when we got there but we got a table right away. however at about 5:30 it was so packed that people had to wait. we ordered the lobster and crab dip for an appetizer. it arrived very quickly and it was amazing! i ordered the holy smokes burger which was absolutely delicious even as left overs! the fries were good but not amazing but still good. my friend ordered the 7 oz steak which was placed very nicely on the plate and it tasted very good. we had a great experience, the atmosphere was great a bit loud but the place was huge so it was expected. the waitress was good and theservicewas prompt! i would highly recommended this location to others! i will also be returning.
