staff was rude,

we asked for a booth, were told it would be a bit of a wait. aster 10 min and 2 people seated before before us we asked what was wrong with the 2 man booths to the right. and were informed they were reserved for tonight. when asked about the ones out back ohh they need to be cleaned. we in 10 min and 4 staff standing at the front gossiping about the cute hockey guys coming in and other crap. you could not clean them. when how much longer we got told ohh a while we are waiting on the ones to be cleaned and they take forever. when asked for a supervisor got told there was non on staff. this event tookplacesaturday at 2pm on jan 2nd. thisplacewas a decentplaceto get snacks and a meal. but this was strike three with the hostess. the last 3 times i have come they hostesses were unprofessional and cared more about socializing and on the phone than the client. you have lost my business and we will no longer recommend you as a great gfplaceto eat. with staff that is not professional does not mater how good the gf is it is not worth the hassle.

great place!. the music was great! i went on a wednesday night around 5 pm. it was pretty busy when we got there but we got a table right away. however at about 5:30 it was so packed that people had to wait. we ordered the lobster and crab dip for an appetizer. it arrived very quickly and it was amazing! i ordered the holy smokes burger which was absolutely delicious even as left overs! the fries were good but not amazing but still good. my friend ordered the 7 oz steak which was placed very nicely on the plate and it tasted very good. we had a great experience, the atmosphere was great a bit loud but theplacewas huge so it was expected. the waitress was good and the service was prompt! i would highly recommended this location to others! i will also be returning.

better, but not best. grabbed a quick dinner before heading to scotiabank place. theplacewas packed, which was to be expected. our waitress was aware that we were going to the show, so the food turn around time was pretty good. the menu offers a lot of variety. food was good... better than your average restaurant/pub style chain. i would probably go back (the burgers looked good).

goodplaceto try if your in kanata. the burger is cooked medium rare so its still juicy, the garlic bread is super flavourful but the star of the show is the beer and cheddar soup. it's rich with great cheese and garlic flavour and i would eat it everyday. give thisplacea try.

thisplaceis amazing, i really liked there pasta, and .the staff were very nice, i advise you go to jack astros.

great food!. the best hamburger in town, way better than the works. if you want a seat, make a reservation, or get there early on a fri. night or the week end. good noisyplaceto take the kids! the steak is over-priced though. :(
