ideal cafe

please improve packaging and deliverytimerelated to this restaurant

earlier ideal cafe same items which i ordered was soft & very tasty but thistimei didn’t like it. it’s hard & doesn’t look fresh.

if they cannot provide the orders withintimethey should not accept the orders.order took 2 hrs to be delivered.and the delivery person had to compensate for the delay caused by ideals,by driving to customers fast.thus risking their life.

the delivery person was late.
the ice cream melted by thetimethe delivery person handed it to us.
nexttimeplease send someone who can reach their destination early and also knows the path.

don't expect your food ontimeand especially if that food you've ordered are for guests then get ready to be embarassed

its so late and everytime i order it gets delayed later by 20 min ....and since we order to our office we wont be havig muchtimeand we have customers waiting for us too.

it took nearly 1:30hrs to deliver an order to a distance within 5km.
we ordered breakfast and got it when it's nearlytimefor the lunch.

*had the most embarrassing and helpless experience at ideal cafe, hampankatta*

i had a pretty great dinner at ideals, the food was affordable and delicious. but what shocked me the most was how they treated us when we asked them to pack the food which was leftover. we had not eaten anything from that plate and instead of wasting it, out of good conscience i had asked them to pack the food so that i could take it home.

so they came with two plastic bags and a paper bag and slammmed it on the table. i was confused, only to realise that we had to pack our own food in front of so many people who were having food around us. this is the firsttimei saw and experienced this anywhere in india.

it was embarrassing and frustrating to do it in front of other diners and the staff totally ignored our table so that we couldn't ask as to why all of a sudden customers are scraping food into plastics bags in front of everyone.

if this is how they treat everyone else, soon the good name of ideals will be gone. i hope no other person has to go through this experience.
