the delivery person was late.
theicecream melted by the time the delivery person handed it to us.
next time please send someone who can reach their destination early and also knows the path.

please see that theicecream packing is not done in hurry as it is open sometimes

the quality has gone down considerably. the dosa masala was stale. theicecream was over frozen and hadicecrystals. this is not the quality we were used to from this place. our money gone down the drain!!!

the rating here is not foricecream..i would say the packing is worst.i received the icecream fully opened and spilled.there is no point in rating foricecreams unless we provide the same quality in packing deliveries..

worst packing made foricecream ordered to be taken on flight..however ideal charged for packing materials but cudnt take proper care while packing it..theicecream was supposed to be packed in foam cups but it wasn't packed in right way. this is sign of sheer irresponsibility..we literally had to throw away theicecreams as everything was mixed up and fallen out of cups.

knowing about how famous ideals is for itsicecreams, we decided to try out food from their cafe - ideal cafe. we ordered the famous mangalore buns, ghee dosa, and sheera for breakfast. on receiving the order, we were really amazed with the quantity of food received.

1. ghee dosa: as the name suggests, this dosa is absolutely filled with ghee, and you can really taste it while eating the dosa. the taste was amazing, and we really enjoyed the dosa. don't think about calories while eating this dosa!
2. sheera: this was a kesari bath (yellow colour in appearance). being someone who doesn't like an overload of sweetness, this sheera had the perfect amount of sweetness.
3. buns: who can visit mangalore and not try the famous buns! it was really delicious, and we were surprised at the size of each bun - it was quite a large size! again, this was not overly sweet, and hence we enjoyed it.

overall: ideals cafe offers really good food, along with good quality and quantity (no comprise on both). and most important, it's also value for money. definitely try the food here!

as expected the topping was melted when it was delivered. given the specific instructions that to provideicepack with it...but it was ignored. is this how you deliver the order?
