don't get thrown off by its location in the 4 queens! this restaurant is beautiful and classy. truly a throwback to a bygone era. old school vegas at its best. each woman is handed a long stemmed rose by the maître d. once you are seated, the service is beyond reproach. i have never had better wine service at any restaurant in the world. the sommelier is knowledgeable, personable and makes the experience great. thefoodis wonderful. old school steakhouse with table side salad service. have never had anything short of an excellent meal. highly recommended!

the first time.... i ate here it was the best ribeye i had ever eaten. the second time it was better. some of the bestfoodi've ever had and the staff is great too! my absolute favorite restaurant.

romance, good food, super service. we eat at hugo's every time we go to las vegas. this place is simple, old-style elegance. thefoodis good, love the table-side salad mixing. the veal entrees are extraordinarily good. if you are in a hurry, if you just want "something to eat," don't go. for a wonderful, delicious dining experience that makes you feel as if you are a movie star dining incognito, enjoy!

not impressed. went on dec. 3rd. made a reservation almost two weeks in advance and asked for a booth. we were celebrating my husband's birthday. arrived at 7:45 for 8:00 reservation and had no problem waiting till 8:00 to be seated. we waited till about 8:20 and then got the worst booth they had! it was up against the back wall directly behind the bus station.foodand service were barely adequate. i won't be back.

used to love it. went every time i was in vegas--loved the rose and little decanters of vodka on ice--then went with my three grown daughters instead of with husband or couples. the waiter took our drink order, brought our drinks and we promptly became invisible. we had to find him twice, once to order and another an hour later to find out where ourfoodwas. when i finally asked to see the manager, the waiter was rude and the manager didn't take a dime off the bill for our lousy service. i won't be back.
