hugo's cellar is located in old vegas in a hotel named four queens. once you enter the hotel casino you walk towards thebackright and walk down a set of stairs to an old tavern feel restaurant. if you are with a lady, she will receive a rose. an excellent wine list with a table side salad selection. high-end prices with a slightly above average meals.

not impressed. went on dec. 3rd. made a reservation almost two weeks in advance and asked for a booth. we were celebrating my husband's birthday. arrived at 7:45 for 8:00 reservation and had no problem waiting till 8:00 to be seated. we waited till about 8:20 and then got the worst booth they had! it was up against thebackwall directly behind the bus station. food and service were barely adequate. i won't be back.
