hugo's is always fabulous but in a very traditional way. one feels as if frankie and sammy might bediningin the next booth. lobster bisque and beef wellington are still served here and most excellent. not trendy nor inexpensive, just real fine dining.

took my daughter here for her first seven-course meal, and hugo's delivered in a grand way. our meal was fantastic. salad very fresh, main course outstanding, and the bananas foster served over vanilla bean ice cream was a delectable finishing touch. great meal anddiningexperience.

romance, good food, super service. we eat at hugo's every time we go to las vegas. this place is simple, old-style elegance. the food is good, love the table-side salad mixing. the veal entrees are extraordinarily good. if you are in a hurry, if you just want "something to eat," don't go. for a wonderful, deliciousdiningexperience that makes you feel as if you are a movie stardiningincognito, enjoy!
