yum!. to start, you have to wait in line...don't let this deter you-it actually moves along fairly quickly, and the food comes out really fast once you're seated. the burgers are really good...i got the el diablo (substituted a black bean patty for the beef), and it was nice and spicy since it was topped with habaneros and serrano peppers. definitely spicy, but not over-poweringly so.
my meat-eating friend had the bison burger (can't recall what it's called), and he really liked it, and considered getting a second one.
they list where all the meat, produce and cheeses are sourced from (most are local or from texas at least), which was a nice touch. the fries were also really good! we split an order of the fries with the green chile queso...yum! the restaurant was pretty much brand new when we ate there, and the building is really nice, with a large patio, bar area, and lots of seating inside. service was also good and they have a good selection of local beers.
