hamsa is my favourite restaurant in chennai. today, during this covid situation i wanted to have a neat and hygienic dining experience and first thing that came in mind was hamsa.
as usual, the ambience was a class and guess what? staffs wear masks and gloves(other restaurants claim so in zomato but they don't). spoons and forks in a sealed envelope, even the glass you drink is packed.
the food was delicious and fresh. my favourite was lychee and elaneer payasam. i actually couldn't finish my mushroom gravy so i asked them to pack. but unfortunately, the chef discarded it by mistake i guess. but they made me a fresh gravy as complimentary. i mean, who has this hospitality?? that too not in plastic, a paper box!
best safe, hygienic and yummy restaurant in town.
