amazing place to go to for desserts, if you have the money. loved every bit of what i had. perfect stop for dessert lovers. they literally take you to heaven.

definitely among the best ice creams i've had in chennai! the flavours are all so rich and the waffles they serve are so good! though expensive, it makes you want to come again for such great ice cream.

placed in one of the happening places in chennai. this is definitely a must go place for dessert lovers. they serve the best waffles in the city! but unfortunately the waffle machine doesn't work whenever i check out the place in recent times, which needs to be taken care of!
apart from that their raspberry and belgian chocolate is definitely to be tried if one makes a visit.

they ran out of cones. at 1 pm. batter is over 🙄
so ice creams without cone for kids now. can it be that hard to get this sorted? oh well. am hoping this doesn’t happen too often.

desserts are the new main course, hence innovation plays a vital role. good place to hangout with friends and colleagues. ambience is too good, friendly staff and services.

haagen dazs is a premium ice cream brand and to justify it , the taste is absolutely delectable and the quality is very good.
my favourites are belgian chocolate, raspberry and mango sorbet, chocolate chip, summer berries and cream.
as expected, it’s expensive but totally worth it!!

a great dessert shop... with lots of food stuffs❣️an international dessert shop ... the ambience was pleasant... u have to try this place once in ur life...

very rude behavior! when we walked in a little late in the night they said no more seating only take aways and around the same time another group walked and they were seated and took their order! when i questioned they said they were only going to take away but later we saw them eating! very very rude behavior!!!

chocolate bomb too good
you can customise with your favourite flavours. there is this chocolate ball packed with brownies and icecream. hot chocolate sauce poured on top of it. delicious!!!
eiffel tower was not very much too my liking because of the belgian chocolate that had a bitter taste.

overall bit costlier but worth it.

close to midnight on a saturday night and craving dessert? that was us last weekend, as it is usually us quite a few times. for that specific saturday night, we decided to go to haagen dazs, again.

since there were four of us eating, stuffed to the brim from a dinner party, we decided to order one chocolate fondue platter and split it.

the mini scoops (or should i say small marble sized scoops of ice cream) were so cute but i would have preferred golf ball size scoops to actually enjoy the ice cream, instead. anyhow, like always, strawberry was my favorite flavor whereas it was chocolate for another desertser and vanilla for yet another. the ice cream was creamy and delicious, as always.

i loved the mini crepes and waffle squares with the chocolate fondue ! the biscotti was no good but everything else was okay.

i always feel that the service here is lacking. either it’s the time we go and everyone is tired or something else but it takes so long for anyone to understand and carry through on a request; though, i really don’t know why.

the only thing i would change? add some savory or tangy palate cleanser so that everything isn’t so sweet and mono-dimensional — i think we can enjoy more desserts that way.

went with family after visiting cascade as we thought of having dessert here. must say, while the place is costly, the ice cream mixes, presentation as well as the portion, are well worth it. ambience is good and friendly and seating is adequate. place overlooks knk.

an internationally famous brand for ice cream and that's definitely why i wanted to try this place. the ambience was totally pleasant and loved the interiors.
what i ordered was:

the eiffel tower- basically it has cookie and cream ice cream , belgian chocolate ice cream, brownie and whipped cream stacked in the shape of tge eiffel tower. everything was so perfect about this dish and tasted brilliant.

chocolate tasting journey- it had a sequence of 3 items. to start off with chocolate semi fredo, belgium chocolate ice cream cupcake and finishing off with belgium hot chocolate. the only thing that didn't satisfy me was the hot chocolate.

cookie and cream crunch:
this was served in a huge glass and had layers of ice cream, brownie and chocolate sauce.

this place is my favorite because of its cozy ambience, good service and amazing desserts. we ordered dark chocolate bomb with the various mini scoops of ice cream inside. the way they present it is a treat to the eye. they pour hot chocolate syrup on top of the big chocolate ball/bomb and like how a bird hatches from its shell, the choco ball opens up slowly making us a witness to the many mini scoop delicacies that were hidden inside. and then my friends, we are ready to indulge in the best dessert eating experience ever... each spoon you take, you wonder which flavor have you just taken! the mystery keeps us going and each flavor is a treat to our taste buds. must try!!!
