haagen dazs has reaaaaaally lost its quality. it was a great ice cream parlour when it started. now it's just over priced and the quality has also dropped. the sundaes are good. i tried the chocolate fondue which was simply delicious. the big european fondue that is. then i also tried the eiffel tower structure icecream. it tastes wry mediocre and didn't look as appealing as it did in the catalogue.

this place is definitely one of the most expensive ice cream places in the city. they have a good collection of sundaes and fondues and a nice place to sit and spend the evening with your friends.

the best ice cream ever..was very excited when its branch came to chennai...my favourite flavor is dulce de liche # fab.the belgian waffles too is awesome..apart from these everything else is great too.easily the best in the business no doubt about it.

okay this is not my favourite ice cream parlour . my family and myself ordered a flower blossom . it was almost six flavours in which the coffee and chocolate were my favourite . this is an exclusive ice cream parlour and hence quite expensive . they have the best ambience for an ice cream parlour 😁

everyone knows this is the best ice cream center. but the rating is less this time, just because. today, they did not have any chocolate flavor ice creams and didn't have hot chocolate drink too. that's their signature. disappointment today. i should have chosen amadora, they never run out of stock.
and today the quality of food was so bad that half my family are down with bad stomach.
not the standard of haagendas at all.
didn't feel like giving separate tabs.

one of the best ice creams i ever had....before visiting the cafe i thought the menu they have displayed is just a dream...its too fancy to find in india, but to my surprise what i ordered looked exactly the same. the service was also good. the ice creams are at a higher end, but u will get what you are paying for. the only thing i did not like was they did not have the most of the chocolate and coffee flavor available during my visit.

overall this place is a must visit place for all ice cream lovers!!!

to be honest, i have not tried any of their signature dishes for i always end up here late at night after a heavy meal.

but considering that they use the normal ice cream listed in the menu as the base for their signature dishes, i don't think i have missed much.

the ice creams are alright and if you find yourself in nungambakkam craving ice creams after a good meal, this might be the place. but for desserts, i would prefer a place with more options. the pricing seems to be way off the target.

as a self proclaimed connoisseur of all things ice cream, a trip to haagen dazs in chennai was long overdue.

located in the central foodie district of chennai, aka khader nawaz khan road, the outlet very much lives up to the image of gourmet ice cream dining. emboldened, we ordered the classic fondue for the two of us. we were rather disappointed that we couldn't choose the flavours of the scoops for the fondue, which is generally the case with similar menu items in other places. when it arrived, we faced an even bigger disappointment with the ridiculously small scoop sizes and the incredibly inconvenient vessel in which they were placed, which ensured more ice cream ended up in the space between the plates than in our bellies. the side accouterments to the ice cream were good but nothing to write home about. perhaps this wasn't their strongest dish, but at this level you'd expect every dish make you go gaga over it. especially at the prices charged. sadly  that was not the case.

while there is little doubt that this brand is over-hyped, the taste and variety of ice cream served here does not live up to the hype. i have had tastier and far more exotic flavours at cream & fudge.

if i also consider gealto places like freezilicious & gelato italiano, haagen dazs is not even in the same league. if you want good old fashioned ice creams, swensen's does it better. even packaged ice creams like london diary do a better job at making ice creams, when compared to haagen dazs.

so, yeah, this place is way over-priced, especially considering their attitude and poorly trained staff. and, yeah, their coffee is pretty average too.

häagen-dazs, the danish sounding ice-cream company, is a revelation on the dessert platform. this particular parlor stands out in terms of the ambience and undoubtedly the sweet course. the place is huge and comes with a valet service. well, i would like to see those big red chairs at their phoenix market city branch here.

regardless, the seats are comfortable and cosy. they have a wide selection of icecreams and pâtisseries. the brownie celebration with belgian chocolate sitting atop a brownie tastes amazing. tiramisu, being my favourite, i do not leave any dessert pub without having it. naturally, their tiramisu charm with coffee and vanilla icecream is perfect for my palate.

service is exceptional here, as the waitstaff are knowledgable and courteous. the pricing is a bit on the higher side, loaded with service tax, service charge and vat. howbeit, it is acceptable given the overall experience. i would certainly visit this establishment continually in the days to come.

i wud say its the best place for all chocolate and ice cream lover's.
they hav a pretty big place wid a parking lot and valet service.
the creativity and innovative ideas in their presentation and deserts is wat makes haagen dazs the best.
i've tried almost 50% of their menu and i'm happy they have a revised new menu.
the fondues are worth dying for.
the pastries and ice cream flavors can insanely make you go hungry.
the eiffel tower cake and also the other deserts -ice creams and pastry are unique and awesome.
jus love the ambience, interiors and efficient staff and service.

the only drawback for me is the pricing which is on the expensive side making it difficult to order a lot of deserts and so need a big group which i'm so happy cuz i'm blessed wid enuf foodie frnds who also love to order different varieties and yes so it makes it not so difficult on d pocket;);)

im nt much of a chocolate person bt the desserts here r yum..so much so that i dint share mine😜lot of reviews say its pricey bt i feel its totally worth it..wud luv to be back to try more.

this is my goto waffle place. the ice creams are good but the place is pricey for what it offers. sandwiched between two premium ice cream parlours, the competition is a quite high, but haagen dazs has its own crowd since the brand is quite established internationally. but definitely good ice creams overall. the hazelnut biscotti , the chocolates, the brittles and the strawberries cheesecakes are a must try. it's tue perfect night out desert experience .

i don't have much of a sweet tooth but haagen dazs has definitely won me over!

their impeccably smooth and rich ice cream is to die for. even though it is a bit of a splurge i would highly recommend it to everyone. in fact i've been singing praises about this place since forever. 

if their ice cream fails to impress you ( which is highly unlikely) their signature creations will blow your mind away. i've only had their european fondue so far and have an entire menu to cover, which i will. nevertheless the fondue literally gave me a foodgasm and i am extremely critical when it comes to gastronomy. the ambience is also pleasantly cozy and inviting.

can't wait to head over there and checkout the rest of their signature creations.
