i'll give it another try.... but i won't be ordering the falafel, it was falawful. it was two huge under cooked (and by under cooked i mean practically raw) falafel patties. pretty sure you can't get sick from raw falafel so i tried two bites, it was a mushy, mealy, mess with absolutely no flavor. i am so starved for food that is not "low country cuisine" and was very excited when i saw the menu. i had really wanted to try the korean bbq, but i think graze may be committing the typical restaurant sin of trying to do too much.
on the upside, the pomme frites were fabulous, the garlic aoili could have used one more clove of garlic and a touch of salt. the yogurt sauce that came with sandwich was delicious, so i dumped the falafel and ate the pita with the sauce.
i had picked up my order, so i did not have the option to tell a waiter or manager. i did have an inner struggle whether to review or call, but the falafel was just that bad. i will definitely try it again; it was a pleasant littleplaceand the prices are good for lunch.
