graze is a lovely place. john, one of their bartenders, is kinda awesome. he is super friendly, extremely attentive and always ensures that my mean is perfectly paired with the respective cocktail. speaking of cocktails, they have a full bar but i always enjoy the wine. their happy hour house wine is divine, simple, clean and lovely to the palette. enjoy!
now...on to the food...the menu is unique with lots of southern touches. my friends love the lobster mac and cheese, i grew into an allergy of shellfish in high school and can now only have crab and crawfish but it usure smells and looks yummy. i've had the mac andcheesewith the pulled pork and collards and they are good. i recently tried the beef tartare and it was pretty good. i think the toast would be better if actually toast points rather than the thickness of the toast served; however, the flavors were all on point.

how could i forget the pomme frites with truffle oil and parm....yummy!!

went there this week and was happy with it. we had the lobster mac andcheesewhich was good with plenty of lobster. it was a little on the salty side though. we also had the tuna appetizer which was also good. there was a lot on the menu that sounds very good especially for a strip mall restaurant.

the only dish i had previously had from graze was the pinenut crusted eggplant with a goatcheesecouscous. seriously one of my favorite meals in recent memory. i was sad it is not on their current menu, but also glad it allowed me to try something else without feeling like i was missing out on the eggplant. for my entree on friday, i had the pecan crusted atlantic salmon - "parmesan whipped sweet potatoes, broccolini, warm bacon-maple dressing" ($19). it was good, but i wouldn't say great.

wonderful!. graze is a little treasure in mount pleasant! their space in the patriots plaza shopping center is warm and inviting; and the staff is equally delightful. while we were trying to decide between two bottles of wine, the manager quickly suggested we sample both and brought us a generous taste of each. we decided on the montes classics merlot from chile at a great value of $24! it had that south american smoke flavor that gave it just the little edge we were seeking.

the menu offers a variety of choices- "tiny grazing", soup & salads, and entrees. we chose to go tapas style and share three small plates. my only complaint out of the whole evening was that the food came too quickly! we weren't even half way into our glass of wine when it arrived. however, this was promptly forgotten after we had our first taste! the citrus-chili short rib tacos ($9) were nothing short of amazing. the flour tortilla was piled with short rib meat, strips of mango, cilantro relish, drizzled with honey-chipotle crema. the meat was juicy and flavorful; pairing it with sweet mango was divine. having never been a radish fan, i was skeptical of the pickled thakery farms radish salad on the side. i took a small bite and was startled at the level of spice. it tasted like it was marinated in jalapeño peppers. while we couldn't eat all of the radish salad, it was a fun addition. next we went for the lobster mac &cheese($11). shell pasta combined with fontina, smoked cheddar and plenty of butter always puts a smile on my face; add in cold water lobster and you've got me eating out of the palm of your hand! they were not stingy with the lobster chunks either! to top everything off, we ordered the pomme frites ($6). i'm not sure why this was on the "tiny grazing" section of the menu because they came in a huge bowl! these hand cut fries were covered in truffle oil, shredded parmesan and served with a roasted garlic aioli dipping sauce (good thing we had mints)! we picked at those fries until we were full, but i couldn't stand the thought of allowing them to go to waste so i asked the server to box them up (and had them for breakfast saturday morning…..).

the manager even stopped by one more time before we left to check on us.

food missing the mark. we went to graze last night, a group of 6. their was an unpleasant odor to the restaurant. it smelled like a dirty grocery store. however, the decor is elegant and inviting. lobster mac andcheesewas great and all of us agreed we would eat it again. it is definitely a "share" item because it is too rich for one person. i have tried to put my finger on a constructive critism of the entrees and how to best describe it. it seems like the chef is trying to be too complex and use too many ingredients. the result is entrees are really too rich (i only ate half and felt ill from the richness of it) and the ingredients are not as conhesive as they should be. i had the tempura tuna. the breading was too much. the bok choy was impossible to cut with the butter knife provided. a friend has the flank steak and found the polenta cake to be not very good. i tasted the crab cake. it was good, but again it was too rich to eat very much of it. the pomme frites were very tasty. however, they were served with some type butter.....just what you need to add to fried food! the butter for the bread looked excting, but turned out to taste like unsalted butter. the staff was great, very attentive and pleasant.

great new find. my mother in law and relatives from paris went for lunch today and were very pleased. i had the crab cake which was mostly crab (unlike so many places) oncheesegrits cake for only $10! the special salad of the day had local fresh tomatoes and fruit, and the pesto dish my niece ordered was clearly fresh homemade pesto. lemon cheesecake for dessert was better than the german chocolate cake which seemed a bit past its prime. great beer list, very affordable prices. i would pay twice as much for food this nice in miami

new spring menu is amazing, in most restaurants i have a problem deciding between two or three entrees but here was not the case. everything sounded so good. our table of four decided to try four different things and share, which i thought was a great idea. we ordered, the bluecheesecrusted filet, stuffed lemon sole, farfalle with homemade sausage and the sea bass. every bite was awesome, every dish was extremely well prepared and the presentations were also creative. service was great and the wine prices outstanding. had the pleasure of meeting one of the owners, for he is also the full time gm, bradford, very pleasant and really seemed to care about the customers, a quality you just don't see in a lot of restaurants any more. overall i give graze and their new menu 6 out of 5 stars! it was really that good.

it was ok. four of us dined at graze for an early dinner. again, we were excited by all the hype and 5 stars. service was excellent, pretty inside, noise level was fine (but it was not very busy at that time). i got the korean hanger steak. did not like it - meat was chewy without much flavor. my other companions got the lobster mac &cheeseand could not finish it because it had such a strong smoke flavor. the salad was nice. i would probably go back for lunch but not for dinner. there are much better restaurants in mt pleasant. we would give it 3 stars.

a new restaurant to add to the goto list. went there for lunch for the second time this past weekend and brought the wife this time. service was excellent, we were seated quickly and our food arrived in a timely manner. i had the trio of duck and lobster mac andcheeseand the wife had the oyster soup and prime rib sandwich, all of which were delicious. we will definitely be adding them as a go to spot on our list for when venture over to mount pleasant.

yum. what an amazing dinner!! we couldn't have been more happy with the service, the atmosphere, and most of all the food!!!

our waiter was super attentive, we couldn't have wanted for anything. he was great about explaining the menu items we were considering and he made some excellent suggestions.

we started with the tuna tataki - so fresh and delish!!

next it was the lobster mac andcheese- perfection!

and of course, i'm a sucker for fries so we had the pomme frites - with truffle oil - love it!

for dinner i went with the waiter's suggestion of the pappardelle - with spinach, mushrooms, sun-dried tomatoes and goatcheese- and again, the perfect drizzle of truffle oil - couldn't have been better!

my date had the rainbow trout it came with delicious grilled veggies and a quinoa salad with just the right amount of smoky-spice - off the charts!!

all-in-all this place is definitely my new fave - i can't wait till next time!!
