great service, decent food. ate here with group of 14 for my birthday on a friday. they don't do reservations on the weekends, but they can do accommodations with a "call ahead". it took about 30 minutes to be seated after the required 10 out of 14 people got there, which i didn't mind at all. loved the bean dip, salsa, and strawberry margarita on the rocks (fruity and strong, yum!). i ordered the lecon asado which came with grilled pork tenderloin, argentinian sausage, plaintain, rice & beans, mashed black beans, and yucca. the pork tenderloin was very dry, semi-bland. definitely enjoyed the sides more. sausage was yummy. next time i am sticking to their fajitas and tamales. nice fun atmosphere, decent prices and portions, great quickservice(all our orders came in about 10 minutes!) make sure to take advantage of the complimentary valet!

horrible customer service!!!. my daughters took me to the gloria's in addison for mother's day. we arrived around 11:30 and the young ladies that were at the entrance told us that we had to wait for our other person before we could be seated. we didn't have a problem with that but their customerservicewas awful. when we did get seated she put us in a corner and the first server was terrible!!!!! he did not smile he asked what we wanted to drink like he wasn't having a good day. he was very rude. then e got another server name eduardo78 and he was worse. i got one of the bus boy's attention and to ask for the manager. we let the manager know about our horribleservicebut to be honest he gave the impression that he didn't care. we will never go to that gloria's!!!!!!! terrible service!!!!!!!!

honestly, i've been to gloria's in addison before and wasn't particularly impressed. that was about 5 years ago. today i was there for lunch and it was really good. the tacos al carbon were good, the guacamole was good,serviceand everything way way better than i had remembered. i'll be back!

i've coming here for years and i never get tired of it. most recent i went for lunch with a colleague. restaurant was not busy at all. i had the crispy tacos, 3 for $11.95. they are tasty because the ground beef is well-seasoned.

after all these years, still love the warm black bean dip and salsa that comes complimentary at the start.

restaurant is clean and modern, does not show its age at all.

ourservicewas good. will return for sure.

the salsa and bean dip was really good and they are complimentary. i had a grilled chicken entree which was tasty. the only problem was the high price tag. you can find just as good mexican for half the cost! goodservicehere as well.

great mexican food. the black bean dip is awesome. the margarita's are delicious and strong. theservicehas always been good, wait staff very friendly and attentive.

very nice evening. took a woman there for a first date last night. theservice(leo was our waiter) was great... always there with a refill on our drinks and unlike some places, other waiters were quick to step in if leo got busy..
the food was wonderful, well prepared to what we asked for and at a decent price as well...
the only downside we could find was the noise level was a little high, making conversations difficult at times.

highlands location. i like the food for the most part and always had good experiences when i lived in dallas but this one sucks in service. there are always servers standing around but no team work. my drinks stay empty for long periods. initial greet time is always about 5 minutes or so. and i've come here many times because i like the food. every time theservicesucks. management should be fired or retrained because they have no clue on customer service. ps- the brunch chiliquiles suck too, go to esperanzas in ftw if you want great ones.

horrible service. i'm used to going to the colleyville location, which i've never had a problem with but went to the addison location a while back for my mom's birthday and all i remember is leaving hungry and extremely pissed. the customerservicewas horrible from the waiter to the management.

the food andservicewere great! our server was very sweet to our 11 month old son. they had a good selection for the kids menu. he really enjoyed the grilled chicken and broccoli. we were there for a late lunch. the lunch portions were very filling. great experience. will be back.

best mexican. my husband and i went for lunch over the weekend. we had tried another mexican restaurant at firewheel but it wasn't very good so we thought we would try gloria's.
the food was one of the best mexican restaurants i have been to. theservicewas very good as well. i would definitely recommend!

i was a regular at glorias n d highlands the drinks prices so regular theservicebecame worse the bartenders rarely spoke and lacked personal customer nsvc skills. the last few times i passed by business was real slow. i know u can do better and show some customer appreciation. please respond. thank you. mrs jha

best in the area. my sister and i were looking for good cuban or latin american food, and found this on google. best food ever!! we were so surprised. theservicewas excellent - friendly and professional. the food was outstanding. had some kind of steak simmered in a sauce. the flavors were incredible. the plantains were cooked perfectly and the apple martini was the best i've ever had. nice live music to set the mood. reasonable prices.
