great food!. absolutely love gloria's. great chips & salsa, love the black beans too! the salvadorian dishes are awesome, especially the steak dishes. great flavors and good drinks! you won't be disappointed.

i had cheese chili rellenos - it was so good i didn't share with anyone!

great ambiance and great food and great price. my mom and i were in town visiting for my brother graduation and a friend of mine recommended this restaurant and i would have to say the food was great and the prices were affordable. the vegetable were very fresh and crunchy. we each order a second to take home. i tried the taco ceviche which was great.

great service, decent food. ate here with group of 14 for my birthday on a friday. they don't do reservations on the weekends, but they can do accommodations with a "call ahead". it took about 30 minutes to be seated after the required 10 out of 14 people got there, which i didn't mind at all. loved the bean dip, salsa, and strawberry margarita on the rocks (fruity and strong, yum!). i ordered the lecon asado which came with grilled pork tenderloin, argentinian sausage, plaintain, rice & beans, mashed black beans, and yucca. the pork tenderloin was very dry, semi-bland. definitely enjoyed the sides more. sausage was yummy. next time i am sticking to their fajitas and tamales. nice fun atmosphere, decent prices and portions, great quick service (all our orders came in about 10 minutes!) make sure to take advantage of the complimentary valet!

horrible customer service!!!. my daughters took me to the gloria's in addison for mother's day. we arrived around 11:30 and the young ladies that were at the entrance told us that we had to wait for our other person before we could be seated. we didn't have a problem with that but their customer service was awful. when we did get seated she put us in a corner and the first server was terrible!!!!! he did not smile he asked what we wanted to drink like he wasn't having a good day. he was very rude. then e got another server name eduardo78 and he was worse. i got one of the bus boy's attention and to ask for the manager. we let the manager know about our horrible service but to be honest he gave the impression that he didn't care. we will never go to that gloria's!!!!!!! terrible service!!!!!!!!

idk how the food is bc they said the kitchen was closed 30 minutes early...on a friday so yea

excellent service, good food and pleasant, comfortable decor in a building that once housed a firehouse.

my first experience with salvadorian cuisine, very tasty and similar to mexican. prices are reasonable, but not inexpensive. so why is it necessary to take all the parking spots in the lot and charge patrons an extra $2 + tip to park? seems there's got to be a less offensive way.

honestly, i've been to gloria's in addison before and wasn't particularly impressed. that was about 5 years ago. today i was there for lunch and it was really good. the tacos al carbon were good, the guacamole was good, service and everything way way better than i had remembered. i'll be back!

we had a group of friends dining early before seeing a show. the staff were very friendly and accommodating with our orders and requirements. the margarita was very fresh - their version of skinny... the ceviche 3 ways was lovely and i see it hasn't changed in 4 years from my photo to a previous one. must be a good stable menu!

i've coming here for years and i never get tired of it. most recent i went for lunch with a colleague. restaurant was not busy at all. i had the crispy tacos, 3 for $11.95. they are tasty because the ground beef is well-seasoned.

after all these years, still love the warm black bean dip and salsa that comes complimentary at the start.

restaurant is clean and modern, does not show its age at all.

our service was good. will return for sure.

gloria's rates at the top for everyone in our family. tonight we went celebrating our son's adoption day 26 years ago. we always select salvadoran not texmex foods. i had the chicken soup--a bit salty but otherwise full of chicken, rice, many vegetables. their corn tortillas are the best i've found, so i could make a meal of them with the black beans. if you go on saturday or sunday, try the tamarindo.

gloria's turns into a salsa/dance club on saturday evenings after dinner.

patrons dance with their drinks so the floor is wet and sometimes you will feel broken glass under your feet. although there are employees mopping and sweeping throughout the night, there are still hazardous wet spots on the floor.

please heed my experience after a fall on the dance floor.

do not any under circumstance let the manager tell you not to fill out an accident/incident form. demand it! get names, first and last of the manager(s) on duty. take his/her picture if necessary. do not leave without any of this!! get names of any and all witnesses!! don't let them talk you out of reviewing video recorded footage of your fall!

because gloria's doesn't want to take responsibility, i now need an attorney.

i had never been to gloria's before that night nor have i been back. it is a moment in time i regret daily.

i can not vouch for the food there, only the bad dance night.

had the beef fajita chimichanga. was absolutely delicious. we were seated prompted even at 7:30pm and had excellent wait staff.

if you have a chance i'd definitely recommend gloria's in addison.

delicious!! i had a horchata to drink, (i hope that's how it's spelt) very sweet but good. for a starter i got the tamales, amazing!! and for the entree i got the chicken flautas, very good. i definitely would go back when i'm back in dallas!!

the salsa and bean dip was really good and they are complimentary. i had a grilled chicken entree which was tasty. the only problem was the high price tag. you can find just as good mexican for half the cost! good service here as well.
