we ordered,
📣cheese dim sum (4 pcs) (₹73/-) :
it's there signature dish. small sized black colored dim sums, filled with cream cheese, spinach and water chestnut. the taste is nothing like any other momos or dim sums we ever tasted. you need to get accustomed with the taste and once you understand it, there is no turning back. hands down, one of the finest dishes we've ever tasted. try it with there house specialchilioil, it takes the dish to another level of goodness. (4.5/5)
📣gfc fried fish bao (2 pcs) (₹97/-) :
bao is one thing, we've always loved in any shape and in any form. these baos are super soft. inside the bao, there is a marinated fried fish (chicken variety is also available) layered with a cucumber piece, lettuce and wasabi mayo. it tasted pretty good but somehow we felt that it could have been more juicy and definitely lacked a spice kick, which it definitely needed. (3.5/5)
📣buffalo chicken wings (5 pcs) (₹137/-) :
a delicacy from the states, which is generally a little spicy and there is always a hint of butter in it, but here the wings were not that spicy to be called buffalo wings. but as a dish, it was definitely super tasty. small sized wings tossed in a sweet, sour and a little spicy sauce which was just simply perfect. i wish we ate another plate of this amazing wings. (4/5)
📣egg wrapped mixed pad thai noodles (₹157/-):
we were too excited to try this, but honestly it was a little disappointing. rice noodles, cooked with garlic, fish sauce and chilies, topped with roasted peanuts, chicken, tofu, shrimps and pork. the fishy smell somehow ruined the taste for us. the amount of meat and nuts were very little but it was good in quantity, considering the price. it tasted good with thechilipork we ordered. (2.5/5)
📣thai basil chicken fried rice (₹113/-) :
this was our staple for the pork dish. steamed rice tossed with thai herbs (basil being the main ingredient) and chicken and topped with fresh basil. at first it tastes like betel leaf (because of the basil i guess) and we didn't even think that we could finish it. but after a few spoons, we got accustomed with the taste and we ended up liking it. though we wouldn't recommend it. (3/5)
📣chili basil pork (₹177/-) :
another day, when a pork dish steals the show alone. hands down one of the finest pork dishes we've ever tasted. big crispy pieces of pork meat, tossed in a spicy sauce consisting of basil, chilipaste and garlic. sauted with bell peppers and onion. the meat was tender, filled with flavors, balanced spices and perfectly cooked. it can go insanely well with any staple dish you want to order. the quantity was pretty good too. highly recommended.
