fuzzy's brings it home. fuzzy's tacos is an all-around great place to eat while in downtown bricktown, oklahoma city. i had the nachos along with a sideorderof chips n' guacamole. the nachos had 3 different types of cheese (queso, shredded cheddar and a very tasty white crumbled cheese) along with ground beef and jalapeno peppers.
the cheeses really add great flavor and are probably the best nachos i've ever had.

the guacamole is freshly made and tasted great as well. the customer service was outstanding. when i brought my tray inside from the patio, several staff members offered to take it from me at once. i am impressed!

the prices are about what you'd expect for eating downtown--not fast food prices but not as high as a sit down place.

i highly recommend this place. fresh food, artfully prepared, great ingredients, wonderful staff members. i will definitely visit fuzzy's again real soon.

i'm in love with fuzzy's. from the ambiance to the buzz to the friendly staff, what's not to love?  (well, ok there is that "we're turning into a big chain" feel and the overly sweet drink specials).  but yowsa, there's a drink menu! margaritas, sangrias, beers.  the chicken quesadilla is definitely my favorite. but the chips and salsa was a great addition. if i hadn't made it a meal and broadened out myorderi probably would not love this place as much.

fish taco came highly recommended, but i was not a fan. in fact most of the tacos are a bit blander than i was thinking - perhaps too much lettuce. i long for mexican street tacos, but that's just not the vibe here. can't knock that though.

the staff and efficient ordering/pick-up system they have is definitely the highlight, which makes for even a long line out the door manageable. fear not! you will find a seat! you will have a good time! just a little patience, my little grasshopper.

seems like a decent food place. the parking was miserable but there may be some more available by the theatres nearby. i'll see about that next time.

you stand in line toorderfrom a list of up-priced selections. what we received was good but didn't seem quite up to the hype and price. it is in downtown okc - bricktown - across from the ballfield so i suppose that isn't exactly surprising. no doubt we will be back - most likely after shopping at bass pro a couple of blocks away.

my wife and i dropped in for lunch about 11:15, and there already was a long line, making an l shape inside, but out time in line was only about 15 minutes the service was great. you pick up yourorderwhen called, so this is not a tipping expected. so, we ordered, what else? tacos, two to anorderand with some sauces. the tacos are made with white corn torts, a little different. thisorderis not a big lunch, but our bill was only $11. we give this place a top score. everything was tasty and the service was exceptional.

super yum!. i discovered this place last month and it is very good. the service is good, the place has always been clean and the food made fresh right after youorderit. the only thing i would change about this place is the garlic sauce they put on everything. i don't care much for it, but they are happy to leave it off when i've asked in the past.

my friend’s niece has talked about this place for a while. it seems to be a favorite of hers, and she invited us to go to fuzzy’s with her tonight. the location of fuzzy’s that we went to is located on the south side of sonic in the bricktown district. we entered a very busy establishment. almost all the seats were taken and there was a bit of a line. i was really hungry and was hoping for some good food. i grabbed some menus for the three of us to look over and we made our decisions by the time we got up to the register to order. this is another one of those fast casual concepts that seems to be really popular. after we placed ourorderwe were given two tickets. one was a stub that has our appetizerorderon it which we gave to the expediter to make for us. we had to get our own non alcoholic drinks, and then when our number was called for our main course we then went back to the expediter

food good margarita lame. we went there last friday before a concert. the food was good and the fire roasted salsa great. the margarita i ordered and the marlin hurricane my wife ordered were nothing but juice not an adult beverage more like kool aid as my wife commented. too bad because last time we were there we were impressed with this place. next time i'llorderthe food and stick to water as it is less expensive and has the same amount of alcohol as their drinks, maybe it was the 22 ? year old that was playing bartender? friendly staff but not a place to get a decent drink if you look at my review from a year ago you will notice the change, i've heard all of bricktown has an attitude change towards adult beverages as in price gouging is the new normal? i hope not

nacho mountain. let me preface by saying that nachos are the last thing on the menu i would typicallyorderat a tex mex place, but we crave fuzzy's just for their fantastic and enormous plate of nachos! smothered in meat, white queso, fetta cheese lettuce/tomato/etc. almost too big for my husband and i to share.... almost!

i can't speak much for the other food, orderthe mountain of nachos and you won't be disappointed. :)

cheap fun date!. my boyfriend and i always come here when we want to go on a date but we might be running low on cash. (poor college kids)

we split the spicy pork nachos, which are phenomenal and huge!
(my boyfriend and i aren't light eaters either and we can hardly finish a singleorderof these) so to feed both of us it's only about 7/8 dollars, not bad huh? :)

-drink wise, the margaritas, margaritas, margaritas. that's all i need to say.

good tacos....good location....good price. my boyfriend and i came here before checking out a movie. i believe this is the 3rd restaurant to come to this location and it looks like it should make it. ourorderwas taken quickly and by the time we sat down, our food was ready. we each got the taco plate, two tacos and two sides. this was more than plenty of food. they offer a good variety of tacos but my only complaint would be the lack of variety and flavor in the sides. the best side was the cilantro lime rice. overall, this is a good place to go to have some tacos and drinks before heading out around bricktown.

fantatsic tacos and chips/salsa - lame sides. i went to fuzzy's yesterday with a close friend that has been talking up the place for a few months. i ordered a taco meal with a chicken soft taco and a spicy pulled pork soft taco. since it was a meal i got rice and black beans. i also ordered chips and salsa for an appetizer.

the service was overall pretty good as the person that took myorderwas smiling and enthusiastic. i was confused by what to do to get my appetizer as she said something about it as i walked away. apparently, i could have picked it up before myorderwas ready which i didn't realize. anyway, i should have asked. either way, myorderwas ready within 5 minutes and i just picked up my chips and salsa at that time.

the chips and salsa were great. there was some pepper and some other spices on the chips and some of them with a lot of the spice were downright hot (as in spicy). i enjoyed it though, because the salsa wasn't overly spicy so it ended up being at the right level for me. the tacos were very good. i enjoyed the feta and that garlic sauce/cheese combination on each of them. it really gives them a lot of flavor. i preferred the chicken over the pork just a bit, but i didn't find the spicy pulled pork to be spicy in the slightest. either way, they were fantastic and miles above most other tacos that i have had before.

the only disappointment that i had was with the sides. the rice tasted just like some uncle ben's microwaveable rice so that was unfortunate. it wasn't a tex-mex or mexican style rice either. the black beans were served in some kind of broth and also weren't very good. they were better than the rice, but not by much.

bottom line: i would go back, but i wouldn't bother with the sides. i would justorderanother amazing taco instead!

hard to get easy cuisine wrong, but. mexican food is easy to make really, really well. especially for what's basically a taco and burrito stand. but st. louis continues its tradition of getting it wrong, and serving up bland mexican food, accompanied by salsa that bears little resemblance to anything mexican (or even southwestern) and far too much resemblance to supermarket jarred salsas (aka ketchup with onions and peppers mixed in.) i decided to finally try fuzzy's taco shop, hoping it would at least come close to the old flaco's tacos... st. louis' best attempt at baja-style tacos. unfortunately, it doesn't. i ordered three different tacos to sample the variety: grilled fish, tempura shrimp, and shredded pork. how all three of those could taste the same is beyond me, but they did. yes, they're cheap, but so is a really good taco stand. the owner needs to make a trip to santa barbara's la super-rica taqueria, or to some of the great taco stands in arizona. this food is so simple, it doesn't require more cost to get it right. just a desire to stop "midwesternizing" what midwesterners love when they travel elsewhere. don't dumb it down for us. furthermore, about that salsa... i asked if the tacos came with salsa, or if they had a simple salsa bar where we could choose our own, and the counter person told me no. that i had to buy salsa separately. so i did, but when i got my food, there was salsa that came with the tacos, and a separate chunky salsa that i purchased. it came with chips. if you don't need the chips (they taste like the americanized chips you buy in a bag at the grocery store, so i wouldn't waste your money) then don'torderthe salsa. your tacos will come with their own sauce. both salsas taste bland. there's some heat, but no real flavor. i wanted to love this place, but sadly, no. it really wouldn't take a lot of effort to make some adjustments to get this right, and i hope they do.
