fuzzy's taco shop

how is this place in business?. this has to be the worst attempt at mexican food ever! the meats have absolutely no flavor at all. my chicken taco meat was just a little cooler than room temperature. in fact, all the meat on everything we ordered was. i am amazed that anyone could even remotely give this place a positive review. save your money and go across the street to jack in the box and buy their tacos. at least those are hot and have some flavor to them. i asked for chips and salsa. the cashier barkedback"hot or cold!" i asked "what hot or cold?". he just barked even louder "hot or cold!" i had read previous reviews about cold food so of course i said hot. it turns out that is the temp of your salsa. it tasted like it was out of a jar and was luke warm at best.

i stopped at fuzzys and got food with my boyfriend and his meat was ice cold so we just said something and got new food for him then one of the workers came over to ask me of my food was fine and i said it was fine...like a min. later she comesbackand had this attitude "what's wrong i can tell something's wrong...i know something's wrong etc we can remake it"and just staring at me not smiling all angry.... let me say again my food was fine. and she stormed off when i said it was fine....wtf...we were sooo uncomfortable then that we left with out finishing our food.(left with out telling a manger because she is the manger)food wasn't bad.

west county location. food took a long time to come out for relatively easy orders. food was cold, a bit bland and seemed rushed. went to pick up food when our table was called, noticed one entree was missing, told a staff member and was told “its best to gobackto your table and make sure you are missing something.” lol. we had a table of 5, there were 4 plates.

the food here s always good here. they were out of brisket today. will bebackto enjoy a brisket taco later. i had the shredded chicken. they offered me a taco sauce today that i had never tried before; it was excellent. update;backto fuzzy’s today excellent brisket taco platter! excellent customer service ⚾️u guys hit it out of the ballpark today ‼️

seems like a decent food place. the parking was miserable but there may be some more available by the theatres nearby. i'll see about that next time.

you stand in line to order from a list of up-priced selections. what we received was good but didn't seem quite up to the hype and price. it is in downtown okc - bricktown - across from the ballfield so i suppose that isn't exactly surprising. no doubt we will beback- most likely after shopping at bass pro a couple of blocks away.

great taco's &  service:
second time was better then the first.... we tried this place when they first opened nasty food..
but like we always do we wentbackand tried it again after a year... great food something changed for the good.
we go here about once a week and the food is great , the service is fantastic ..
at lunch time you will most likely wait in line but don't leave the line moves fast and it's well worth the wait..

addition to review. after emailing them i did hear back. they stated that they were waiting for the person that handles complaints to bebackin the store to respond. they could have improved by making it clear that it would be a while before i was contacted, but they did say they checked the chicken after i called and removed what was on the line to be safe. they also offered to make up for the meal.

going downhill :(. this place used to be really good but has been going downhill. we ordered today and there was a bone in my chicken taco. i called to let them know and after telling me they would check the chicken and getbackto me, no one called back. it's obvious they are rushing the prep of the food which was also seen by the sloppy way the tacos we got were assembled, with liquid dripping out of the foil wrappers and very inconsistent amounts of ingredients between the tacos. there was even brown avocado in the guacamole - one of my favorite items from there which has always been very fresh in the past. i could have gotten over the rushed manner in which the food was thrown together if it weren't for the addition of the horrible customer service. sad to see someplace with such a great location letting the quality of the food go downhill.

my friend’s niece has talked about this place for a while. it seems to be a favorite of hers, and she invited us to go to fuzzy’s with her tonight. the location of fuzzy’s that we went to is located on the south side of sonic in the bricktown district. we entered a very busy establishment. almost all the seats were taken and there was a bit of a line. i was really hungry and was hoping for some good food. i grabbed some menus for the three of us to look over and we made our decisions by the time we got up to the register to order. this is another one of those fast casual concepts that seems to be really popular. after we placed our order we were given two tickets. one was a stub that has our appetizer order on it which we gave to the expediter to make for us. we had to get our own non alcoholic drinks, and then when our number was called for our main course we then wentbackto the expediter

luch at fuzzy's. i visited lower bricktown yesterday to go to a movie and had time for lunch before it started, so i noticed this place which was new to me so i decided to give it a try, glad i did, it is nice and clean, very friendly and helpful staff.
i looked the menu over and decided on tacos, i ordered one of pork and one of beef brisket they were served quickly and were very good, my only compaint would be that the meat could have been hotter temp wise, but with all of the cold ingredients that go on a tex-mex style taco sometimes this is difficult all in all very good and reasonably priced, i'll bebacki'm sure !

awesome. went to fuzzy's last night. had a fish soft taco, a crawfish soft taco (awesome), chips and guacamole. the wife had a chicken taco. we split the horny toad drink. 60 oz frozen margarita with a sunken sol beer. now that quenched my thirst!
we are headedbackto fuzzy's now to thunder up and watch the okc thunder beat the heat in game 5 to bring itbackto okc.
think i'll have a couple crawfish soft taco's and another horny toad and watch the game.

the food is amazing, however it seems it is drawing a very snooty snotty crowd and not much fun when someone tries to start a fight over a table, wont bebackbecause if it!

i got to try fuzzy's on the soft opening and i've beenbacktwice already. it's a little overpriced but that's to be expected in bricktown. the feta cheese on the tacos is a little different. the habanero sauce adds a nice touch. the guacamole and grilled shrimp tacos are really good. i want to try the chorizo, potato, egg and cheese breakfast burrito but they don't open until 10:00 and i'm starving before then!

holy taco!. i know what you're thinking... the word "fuzzy" shouldn't be associated with tacos... or any food for that matter. and how good can a mexican restaurant in a webster grove/affton strip mall really be?

well, let me tell you... amazing.

the folks at fuzzy's have this place churning out kickass tacos like nothing else in st louis. and the best part is, it's cheap! i will be goingbackhere again and again.

a cautionary warning though - they can get pretty packed, so be prepared to wait. well worth it though.
