this restaurant is absolutely amazing. from their food to the ambience it totally rocks.
service is very good andstaffare very attentive. favorite place that we regular visit.

went to 14 yesterday for mother’s day. firstly we were offered complimentary champers upon arrival. mom & i had the meat platter...a carnivores heaven (as mom & i are). it was absolutely divine! our waiter(jackson) and rest of thestaffwere very warm & helpful. great touch with the gift of a bottle of wine for the moms after the meal. great place,food and ambiance. 👌🏽❤️

the food was very good, the waiters were great but the managementstaffwere unfriendly, arrogant and unpleasant...pity about them! one of our guests got a basically empty chicken pie underneath the pasty and when he politely queried it he was met with an off putting person and attitude.

50 minutes to get food, poorly made espresso. food was cold on arrival.staffwere friendly enough. clearly management are not looking after business.

a group of us came here around 7pm on a friday. thestaffwere friendly and the food was delicious and affordable. i did find that it was extremely loud, making it difficult to have a conversation with others at our table.

so this was the destination of choice for #datenight. and we were not disappointed. service was excellent. thestaffare always smiling and so accommodating. the cocktails were delicious and the food was awesome too😉. definitely worth going back.

restaurant was buzzing (saturday night) with a great vibe.  food was delicious and arrived well timed despite our large table of about 16.  service was excellent -stafffriendly and  grateful for business.  nice change.  bit noisy but it is a bar after all!

amazing!!!! great value of money and delicious meals! beautiful decor and seating arrangements..would recommend you sit on the couch seats - soo comfortable. loved the lobster mac 'n cheese and the grilled prawn pasta - both prepared to perfection! good drinks and delicious salted caramel hot chocolate! eton mess was great - 2 people need to share, it's a bit much for 1 person which is great- good serving! did not enjoy the bread and butter pudding - the bread was a bit hard and the vanilla bean icecream was more like a sorbet. overall, an amazing restaurant with friendly, accomodatingstaffand manager! thank you thulani - you are our go to guy! will be back soon!

myself and stacey love the vibe sitting at the bar, enjoying a couple cold ones. always a funky / classy crowd. i never feel out of place in my normal super casual dress and style. that's durban though! food wise we love to order a couple starters with our drinks. the mussels in creamy wine sauce never dissapoint and a starter is great value sharing.staffare always welcoming and pleasant.

during a recent visit to durban, we sought out a reataurant in the bustling umhlanga rocks for a menu that best suited our taste buds.

we found it here. the menu is so good that we took ages to make up our minds! the choice of states, salads, budgets and main dishes had us drooling. we finally settled on the baked camembert, drowned in a caramel nut sauce. utterly mouth watering & delicious. we each had a salad which were unique and lip smackingly good. i loved my asian prawn salad.

our drinks were crisp, cool, refreshing and thestaffwere friendly, helpful and cheerful.

everything was perfection!

probably one of the best dining experiences i have had in a really long time.staffis very friendly and the service was impeccable. i am in love with their fruity g&t's! their smothered chicken served with gnocchi was tasty, which i had as my main. i nibbled on pork belly dices as i waited for my main, which was perfectly cooked. a great place for a romantic evening out for the perfect dining experience or simply to have fun and drinks with friends. i would definitely recommend it to anyone.

the restuarant has stunning decor and a pleasant atmosphere. i did not find thestaffvery friendly, which disappointed me as i had high expectations for this one. my friend and i visited 14 on chartwell for lunch. their food is over priced, however we did enjoy the meals that we ordered. i tried one of their signature cocktails, the raspberry and rose which was really strong. i also ordered their chicken curry, which i found pretty average. my friend who ordered their fish and chips really enjoyed her meal. overall they have a big menu and caters for all food types and a lovely atmosphere.

love the look of this place. the decor and the layout was on point. very friendlystaffand food came out really fast. the only reason i'm giving this restaurant a 3 is because i ordered calamari and i asked whether it was calamari tubes and the waiter said yes but they weren't tube and they were fried and not grilled. (my fault for not asking how they were prepared) bit too oily for me. our waiter was stunning and he was very apologetic.

love the place-staffvery friendly and service excellent. had salt and pepper calamari, cheese and cranberry springrolls, and we shared a burger. food was fresh. cocktails excellent and a huge variety of craft beer
