what a wonderful place, the food andservicewere both excellent, our waiter went the extra step to help accommodate for my fussy 7 year old by getting him chicken strips made. the cauliflower soup was a huge hit for us.

we were a large party of 32 and i accept that presents challenges. however, theservicewas terrible and it took nearly 2 hours to get our main courses. would not have been so bad if the manager had kept to his promise to have the food within 5 mins - took 35 mins. in addition, i had to follow up because members of our party were left without food. the quality of the food is good but overpriced, in my opinion. r175 for 2 pieces of oxtail is over the top

fourteen on chartwell is a great little restaurant in umhlanga. the place has an excellent vibe and amazingservicefrom the staff. i tried the lobster mac n cheese and it was excellent though i wished there was more lobster for the price. the gin and tonics are great with unusual flavours. a bit pricey but definitely worth a visit for a night out. will definitely be back to try the rest of the menu.

upon arrival at noon on a fridayi found this establishment to be quiet packed and really noisy. for this reason we decided to dine on their deck outside the restaurant. apart from the noise i really enjoyed both theserviceand food. the lamb shank pot pie is a must try.

always the best young and vibey atmosphere you’re looking for on a a weekend. been there many times now , including their day of the dead halloween party- stunning! the food is also very well made andserviceis just brilliant. always really busy so bookings are essential, but if you’re okay with a seat at their beautiful bar it’s also worth it. give the cocktails a try, you won’t be disappointed.

the best restaurant i have ever been to - really needed to relax and enjoy my afternoon.
our waiter offered a few tasters of the craft beers to decide my mind, which immediately hooked me. lamb wrap was incredible and salads were far beyond our expectations! theservicewas what made it for us though! definitely want to go back again!

the atmosphere is vibrant however too noisy. the food was lovely but nothing extraordinary. the chips were so fresh and were my favourite part of the meal. the asian prawn salad had too few prawns and was mainly lettuce. theservicewas good and friendly.

what a fantastic venue and ambience with greatservicefrik the greeting at the door to the recognition as a return customer. we did a selection of all the starters with the calamari and mussels an absolute must do for everyone. the butter chicken curry was great and music was spot on as was the service! will definitely visit again next time u am in umhlanga!!

if you hungry, try the lamb shank pie..👅.was a 1st for me.., on the second visit had a smash burger, meals are on point,servicetoo... classy venue with vibey atmosphere, be sure to make a booking in the peak season as the place gets packed fast.

so this was the destination of choice for #datenight. and we were not disappointed.servicewas excellent. the staff are always smiling and so accommodating. the cocktails were delicious and the food was awesome too😉. definitely worth going back.

restaurant was buzzing (saturday night) with a great vibe. food was delicious and arrived well timed despite our large table of about 16. servicewas excellent - staff friendly and grateful for business. nice change. bit noisy but it is a bar after all!

the place to be if you looking for drinks in the village. the restaurant decor is stylish and elegant. theservicecan be abit slow when they are busy, and this place can get very busy especially on the weekend, so booking in advance is recommended. as far as drinks are concern, i really enjoy their signature g&t's. food wise the jaffle sandwiches are good.
