great place.. love this place.greatselection of beers. there's different beer on special price each day.greatlocation. they have nice table view from the bar area of bass hall, or tables and sofa's in main room, and outside patio for smokers/ bands, an outside upstairs with nice view of fort worth. waitresses are nice and knowledgeable on the beers! and they are cute too. the food is what you expect from a beer emporium but really not bad - good brats, nice garlic chicken pizza, etc. heck, i'm getting thirsty writing this... :-d

i have been here twice in the last few weeks. ate lunch on the gorgeous patio and also brought my young daughter for sunday brunch and ate inside. there is no kids menu but the chicken tenders and fries were recommended and they were amazing. i have had a bloody mary, chorizo biscuits & gravy, the french dip with au ju and the grilled cheese with tomato basil soup. talk about impressive food. the french dip and grilled cheese were my favorites so far.greatplace.

agreatplace to hang out with friends or the special one! you get variety of beers but do try the samplers first to find out the one that suites your taste.
evenings would be the best time to visit as you can sit in the open, and have agreattime with your friends.
food menu does not have a lot of options.

fun time with friends.greattime since moving from the old building into the new location that used to be 8.0s. i think marc and the crew has done agreatjob. some of us non-full-time-beer-drinkers like to occasionally have the option to drink the now available liquor. the patio, lighting and atmosphere is great. trivia tuesdays with prizes is a lot of fun, however get there early for that because seating goes quick! the best thing on the menu are the hot pretzels... oh and the beer!

we ate here tonight for dinner and i had the hippie hollow and my husband had the reuben-esque. we chose to eat here based on my friend's dad who had a specific diet and the menu wasgreatfor his diet. my husband and i don't drink alcohol, but we had the saint arnold's root beers and those were good. i will say that the food was really awesome for me. i got two pitas with hummus and salad and it was very delicious. the pita bread was soft and fresh. my husband's sandwich was ok, but not great. he felt that the sandwich was lacking sauerkraut and dressing.

as far as customer service goes, they were pretty horrible. our waitress constantly was giving us excuses as to why she wasn't getting things we ordered (i.e. my friend ordered a beer and it took about 45 minutes for her to bring it out. the same applied for my root beer.). i understand things get busy, but sometimes i just like an apology and a "i'll get right on it." she seemed annoyed a lot of the time and she rolled her eyes when she thought we weren't looking.

also, the water tastes like dirt... which is probably part of their ploy to get people to drink anything but water. smart business plan, but very annoying for the few that want water.

beer is why you go. this isn't a restaurant. it's a bar that happens to serve food. nothing is spectacular, most of it is likely frozen or pre-packaged, but whatever. it's only supposed to soak up all of the tasty brews you'll likely be sucking down. no other place in town has this many beers on tap, somegreatvariety and there's new stuff all the time. if you like beer, real beer, this place should be in your rotation.

great pub foods! their pretzels and pizzas are great!greatselection of beer but most were not available at the time. nice atmosphere if you're outside. poor service.

good food. the smoked salmon wrap is to die for.greatbeer cheese soup too. so many beers to choose from, you are bound to find something you like--even if you don't favor beer!

love this bar. this is agreatplace to hang out and try new beer. it gets pretty crowded on weekends but is still one of my favs in ftw. if you're lucky, the acts from bass hall will stop in and down a few with you. :)
