we availed the breakfast buffet when we stayed in the hotel. i'm kinda disappointed because i thought i would have a lot of food to choose. well, not. they offer the ones who can be served when you're just at your home. their pancake is not even soft. but hey, their waffle is something! the egg station is just your usual egg station in buffets. their bacon is so good. well-cooked! their taho and hot chocolate are also good. they offer different toppings for their champorado; powdered sugar and marshmallows. the cereal, according to my mom and little brother, is not that good. their sushi is cold that it hurts my teeth. i'm still giving it a 3.0 because the staff are friendly. also there are food that i really liked such as champorado, bacon, waffle and egg.

i went for saturday lunch buffet.
overpriced(2200 per head)
most of the food was luke warm at best.
staff ok, but no leadership, no manager checking if everything is fine.
restaurant quiet, only 2 tables being used( that in itself should be a clue as to how nice the food is!!)
poor quality of food.... chuck beef, chuck lamb.
i would not recommend it and will not be returning myself.
far better options out there

i found the food choices to be limited . there's nothing to rave about the flavors. dishes were your average beef caldereta, spicy squid, pata tim, crispy seafood noodle, sweet and sour pork, grilled chicken, fish, ratatouille, pumpkin soup, pizza, pasta, noodle soup, a small salad bar, dessert spread, taco bar, japanese food limited to maki and a bit of salmon sashimi.

it's much better to go to the nearby buffet restaurant inside the mall which has wider selection of food and is priced the same as the discounted price at flavors.

we're not totally disappointed with our lunch. good customer service shown by the staff made up for the limited food choices. without the credit card promo, the original price of php 1400 is pricey. i must say we will not have a second visit even if there's a promo ; will explore other restaurants.

across the world, the holiday inn & suites is esteemed for being a forerunner in the hotel business. here in the philippines, it is also well-known for its amazing in-house restaurant, simply and aptly dubbed “flavors”. come to think about it, this makes sense — you can’t have a great hotel without an amazing restaurant!

the buffet food selection is very limited. i wanted to work my way up to every food category. but i ended up just having soup, bread & cheese, and then the steak and some veggies because the selection is not wide-ranged. i commend the bread section, though. the mini breads tasted at par. if only, they served more types of cheese. i think they only had cheddar? i'm not even sure. my mind got fuzzy with disappointment. i had to request the mango crepe straight from the kitchen because the lunch waitstaff did not make a last call on our table. and did i mention about a strand of curly hair on the veggies? yeah. they had to fetch me a fresh batch of the exact selection of food i made. it was very toxic for both our sides. how stressful. r2e2bl

well first, thanks to eatigo for the 50% deal. about flavors restaurant, well it's my first time and i was really not amazed. the place is so small , the food has a lesser variety and the service is not so good. the dishes is mostly filipino having kare-kare, patatim, humba, baked mussels, fried chicken, chicken fingers, pancit canton, molo soup and etc. they have this roast us beef which the chef unlikely to give you a large portion when you asked for a cut. they have a grill station which has 3 viands to choose: fish meat, chicken wings and beef. also have a mongolian station, noodle bar, appetizer (with 3 kinds of lyoner ham to choose, breads with butter and jam, no cheese) and salad bar, sushi station (maki is like created by a college student on a cooking class, quality is so-so plus the tuna and salmon sashimi, you have to ask if you want to have its not on display) lots of dessert to choose from (we really enjoyed the orange cheesecake which has a mangoes on top and the ube cheesecake. one round of iced tea is given for the buffet eaters. food rating is ok, but if i were to compare them i would rather eat in cabalen plus with a lower price even there is a 50% offer for flavors.

went here for my birthday. wanted to go for a buffet that was different from the usual viking's and buffet101 that has really gotten boring. flavors has the perfect ambiance, staff are really nice and the food tastes good. however there is limited choices, or perhaps i was just sad the seafood choices only included 2 kinds of fish dishes. no shrimps crabs mussels at our night. i loved the mongolian station (you get to choose veggies and meat to put in the rice) cuz it tasted better than the longganisa fried rice out in display. there is also meat grilling station, where the marinated beef and chicken tastes good newly cooked. the carving station was not well stocked, only small portions of ribs and chuck beef was being served unlike old reviews where there was bigger portions on display. there was a make your own caesar salad that was fun, but not enough toppings to make a salad other than a caesar. i absolutely loved the walnut choco cookie and it paired well with free flowing coffee ( i tried brewed and latte) and tea (dilmah chamomile, green tea, earl gray, etc). the other food available were baby potatoes, fish in schezuan sauce, baked pasta, pork balls, various maki rolls, 2 kinds of soup, etc. i would say the place isn't worth it for their full price but we got the 50% discount in eatigo so it's ok. reservation at 8:30 but they let us start eating 8pm. i would go back only with the discount again lol.

the company where i’m working had chosen this place for our 2018 christmas party. it’s a great resto with wide selection of food, what more could i say? the presentation of their buffet is also top notch, from breads to kimbap to dessert they got it. the standouts for me are the lechon, all of their desserts and their kimbaps and sushis. if i could say one flaw, i think it’s because they don’t have drinks station in their buffet and we only have 1 round glass of iced tea and beer with unli water, which is not a big deal for me. i don’t really know their prices but i’m sure you’ll get the value you’re looking for in a restaurant in flavor’s. i would definitely be back.

i went here for their brunch buffet because they put up discounted offers on dg. if i had to pay full price i probably would've put 3.5 ⭐

they had an okay sprawl of food. a bit on the smaller range when it comes to variety but you could still be picky about which food to eat. the spread ranged from simple bacon or fried rice to lamb stew. the theme was a bit strange they had an ilocano theme table set up which had a lot of that type of food but they would also have one piece of a different country's food. ie. sushi but nothing else from japan, kimchi rice but nothing else from korea, etc.

food quality ranged from average to good. nothing super memorable but i think you'll enjoy it for like a minor celebration.

also they had no (as far as i saw) beverage options and only offered one glass of soda or iced tea for the whole meal so expect to just drink water.

the staff were quite accomodating and attentive. though note that we were one of the only two groups there. they even brought us sashimi on request even though it wasn't on the sushi display.

the place was comfy and on the nicer side but nothing too fancy.

i love the fact that they are offering variety on their menu. food was excellent and was of high quality. service was also nice and prompt. it wasn't crowded in any way so you are free to enjoy your meal without much interruptions.

i had buffet dinner last night. thinking that it was a 5-star hotel, i thought i would be so completely satisfied. i enjoyed their roast pork and beef. their beef noodle soup was comforting. they had chef to cook it based on your taste. i liked their salad though but not to the point, i would have another 2nd plate. veggies were cut into small pieces as if you’re in a regular restaurant. they had good bread though. but how could you enjoy it without butter and cheese, right? desserts were fine. i enjoyed most the pudding and their mangoe crepes. i think buffet price was reasonable for the food quality they offered. plus their servers! they only had few. they were short of staff. we were eating altready and nobody went to us to ask for our drinks. i had to stand and approached a waiter. otherwise, i would have choked. they should add more people. their buffet price is not cheap after all.

the lunch buffet here is delicious!

they had singapore chili crab, artisan pizzas, pasta, and other elevated pinoy favorites. they also have a mini sushi bar where you can pick out which makis and sushis you want.

the main attraction for me would be the desserts area. they had so many mini cakes and a chocolate fondue station. anything chocolate or tiramisu is to die for.

we were wowed with an extensive spread of the premium classics (including lechon, roast beef, crabs, shrimps, and mussels), food stations artfully presented with hearty selections of meat, seafood and vegetables, and separate dessert tables for make-your-own halo-halo, chocolate fountain, cakes, bread and pastries, and fruits.

while there’s no particular dish that blew us away, there were certain ones that are on the borderline of great. international and local favorites and vegetarian options are available. succinct to say, flavors is a safe bet when you’re looking for a buffet restaurant delivering quality all-you-can-eat food with a variety of delightful choices. feel free to get messy here – it’s the best way to enjoy the food.

flavors restaurant may be formal and elegant, but the service did not seem overly stuffy. you can expect to have a refined and proper experience without feeling uncomfortable like you can’t sit back and relax. the waitstaff were courteous and helpful, rated 5-star for a 5-star makati hotel.
