farm to fork

great service!greatfood! my family loves this place and found the burgers to be the best!

traveling north on i-75 three weeks ago and stayed at a hampton inn that we stayed a few times previously.  pleasantly surprised to see a restaurant within walking distance named farm to fork.  enjoyed agreatmeal plus the fried green tomatoes were succulent. greatbar.  highly recommend.

all new owners/staff, food is amazing!. while the breakfast is my personal favorite, the dinner/lunch specials are also equally as amazing. everything is cooked so perfectly,greathome style "southern" food without all the grease & nastyness that the locals are fine with. this is quality food & delicious! :)

the breakfast is the best~. amazing pancakes, the hashbrowns were amazing... but the biscuits & gravy were top notch. definitely need to check this place out & skip cracker barrel & aunt heffies.

fresh? not so much....... dropped in on this place in ringgold today. very nice interior, but the first thing we noticed was the air conditioning wasn't working. extremely hot inside, and apparently this has been an issue since it was mentioned on the facebook page for this place. it was so hot that moisture was condensing on the floor and two of us almost fell from sliding. we saw no less than 8 other people have the same issue. very weird! they did have someone attempting to work on the system while we were there.

waitress came over to take our orders on something that looked like an ipad. it seemed very cumbersome, and slow, as she was having to peck to find the items we requested. progress i guess. the first thing i noticed were the prices.....$11 for chicken tenders and two veggies........soft drinks were $2. not crazy pricing, but a little more than i thought chicken tenders ought to be. the waitress explained that we could get a "basket" for 9.99, which 3 of us chose. the basket came with fries, tenders, and dipping sauce. the other member of the party ordered a veggie plate, grilled asparagus, mashed potatoes and fried green tomatoes. i will say that for this to be a from "farm to fork" it was extremely limited in the amount of fresh food that is in season. you would think tomatoes, cucumbers, squash, zucchini, corn, peppers, green beans, peas, okra, new potatoes, sweet potatoes, would be just a few of the things on the menu. nope. the menu was limited to about 6-8 sides, many of which were mac and cheese, pasta salad, and so on......not fresh vegetables.

food arrived fairly quickly and was decent, but nothing special. actually the tenders were below par with the tenders at the service station at the end of bonny oaks. not trying to be cruel but it's the truth. the difference is i could get twice as many tenders there for about the same price. fries were good, but there wasn't many of them. the honey mustard was decent too. the lady that ordered the asparagus said it was good, and the potatoes were good, but she didn't care for the fried green tomatoes. 4 people for lunch and we got out for $42 before a tip and tax. not a good value for me, the amount of food was small, and the quality was not thatgreatbut others may love it. it was certainly full while we were there.

not knocking them, but i won't be back. if you advertise fresh produce (farm to fork) then you need to serve it. lots of farms around ringgold. i can't believe they didn't even have ripe tomatoes on the menu! this place just didn't do it.greatconcept and i was truly excited to go, but it's not for me.

great food!. i've eaten here 3 times and each time the food has been excellent! i've had a cheeseburger/fries, medallions/mashed potatoes/green beans, and today i had a grilled chicken salad with ranch dressing. and no i'm not a family member "padding" the results as some reviews suggest others are doing. this place hasgreatfood! everyone i know who has been there loves it. :)

fabulous food !!!!!. i am a local but did not know about farm to fork until just last week! my mom and i ate lunch there on saturday. she loves fish and is still talking about howgreatit was. i had their wonderful chicken salad and it was absolutely delicious too. today was my second visit and i took my grand daughter who is in college. she tried my recommendation for the chicken salad and this time i tried the crab cakes. wow!!!! i now have to admit this is now my favorite local restaurant. tomorrow night i am expanding and bringing my daughter and family for her birthday dinner! the service too isgreatand everyone is so friendly. they are making agreateffort to be a success and i think they are doing everything right!! hats off to farm to fork!! lookout aunt effie's !!!!!!!

can't believe a town this size has a restaurant with suchgreatquality food. loved their twist on fried chicken livers. mahi mahi was just as good; took the left overs home for a fish taco the next day!

delicious!. we eat here on average once every week or two. we have never been disappointed. the service is always prompt and the food is delicious. what a difference fresh food makes! on our first visit the waitress told us that there is not a freezer or can opener on premises. :-) that was impressive. we were so sick of the chain restaurants feeding us the same stuff right out of a can. won't happen here! yes, the menu is limited....but everything is spot on delicious. i would much rather choose this over a vast menu of mediocre food. the allegation of "padding" reviews is laughable. this restaurant speaks for itself - no need to "pad" reviews when your food is this good. by the looks of the recent expansion and the sunday lunch traffic, news travels fast! several times we have been lured down for lunch by the posting of the daily special on facebook. friends have asked about the restaurant we "check in" to so frequently and we've gladly spread the word. i would put their steak tenderloin medallions against any steakhouse in chattanooga. you get twice the flavor at half the cost at farm to fork. keep up thegreatwork!

my favorite part of moving to ringgold!. i have been here 3 times since i moved here a month ago. my family and i love it! yesterday i took a client there for lunch and had agreattime. our server was wonderful, as always, i think it was brent ( i lost my ticket). everyone is always so hospitable and the fried green tomatoes are awesome! i have gotten the beef tenderloin medallions or the steak sandwich every time. i'm hooked!

wow!. i love eating at farm to fork! i try to eat here at least once a week. i travel plenty for work and eating out is much easier than trying to cook for one. i have inquired about where the fresh produce comes from because my fried green tomatoes tasted like none i have ever tasted before. the waitress told me they use several different ones in the area because of the sheer amount of fresh produce they use. when i asked her about the green tomatoes and why they were so different, very tasty however, she explained that they are not put in batter but panko breading! they were amazing with that sauce they give you. i typically do not write a review unless i am horribly displeased but i think we need to support our local businesses and getgreatfood while we do it! i do not know nor am i related to the owner, etc.......some people are just going to be dissatisfied no matter what you do. keep up thegreatwork (and food!)!!

awesome food and service. i have eaten at farm to fork several times and have had nothing butgreatexperiences each time! i have tried the fried green tomatoes, hand cut fries, steak medallions and fried shrimp and always left full and happy. i would and do recommend this place to everyone! if you havent tried it you are missing out! we need to support local businesses like this one! drive past the cracker barrel and try them out!

lunch. i live in ringgold and have just heard about farm to fork. so glad i found out!! the food wasgreatand the service most attentive. anxious to try for dinner soon! ringgold needed a place like this. get tired of cracker barrel and aunt effies. hope the word gets out and is supportive of this new business!! i will be.
