2 stars just for the location and view, otherwise, not very good, pricey food and drink menu but that would not be off putting if the service was great and the food was good but neither were true. we went here on thenightof my wedding and the employees were acting like it was a chore to serve us or acknowledge us when we went to the bar. even said we could smoke cigarettes but not cigars, what sense does that make, none...amazing view though so i suggest get a drink to see the view and leave!

value for money, quality of food, kids play area... it is all 10/10. this is a common familynightout stop for us. the waiters and waitresses are always friendly and knowledgeable.

don't be fooled by the thick steak they show on their mobile billboard and facebook sponsored ad. four of us decided to try the mondaynight490g sirloin special. what we all were served up was 4 very thin sirloin steaks which i doubt we're nowhere near 400g. we will not be back.

lastnightwe had dinner here. i was dying for prawns! i had the medium prawns. it was a plate full of big prawns, piping hot. it came with rice and sauces on the side. delicious. my bf had a steak which he wolfed down so quickly i barely saw it while peeling my prawns. the waiter freddie was amazing! he checked on us a few times. service was above and beyond. great dinner

i was craving a delicious steak so we headed for a datenightdown the road at fahrenheit. we unfortunately got seated in the noisier non-smoking section where there are a lot of screaming kids. we also weren't looked after very well by our waiter who seemed quite disinterested in serving us, so that was quite sucky.

• calamari fiesta: we had a starter portion of this and man was it delish! the calamari was super tender and flavourful, and while the danish feta got a bit overpowering after a while it really did give the dish an extra kick.

• fillet steak: this medium rare fillet steak was delicious! it was cooked so well and the meat was just melt-in-your mouth. i was really impressed. what i wasn't that impressed with was the side of veggies, i thought they were a bit underwhelming.

the food was good, but unfortunately the service and area we were seated brings down their score a bit for me.

we want to fahrenheit for dinner last fridaynightand were afraid we may not get a table as we didn't have a booking.

luckily the staff were friendly and accommodating and quickly showed us to our table. we both ordered the calamari main, stuffed with danish feta. it was outstanding. cooked just right and delicious. the veggies were a bit disappointing, but still edible.

the music was extremely soft so there wasn't much of a vibe, but the food made up for it. the service was great and the food came quickly.

great food. great specials. awesome kiddies area with tentative staff. service was a bit slow but i guess it was a busynight(monday). will go again.

this is a fantastic datenightvenue althought you would need to budget well. if you do not go for the monday steak special, expect a menu that is a bit more pricey. the food was so satisfying that we did end up ordering more than our budget but is was well worth it. the creamy calamari was divine as well as the steak well prepared, well basted and well presented. the wine selection was complimentary to the dishes available.

i had heard a lot about this place and had reserved a specialnightto celebrate there with some special guests .. but what a waste of time and money !
first of all the receptionist had no courtesy to even acknowledge that we were asking for a window seat .. we were just thrown to the table . the drink i ordered was not to my liking and i got a face with attitude when asked to replace it . funny thing was our waitress was acting like we didn't belong there , she was almost being rude but showing a nicer ( fake ) face ..is she racist ?
the nachos we ordered were so soggy and oily , pizza was okayyyy , and burger was not well done as requested ! so there we go - may be it was just with me but it did not work for me . overly priced food , no customer service and above all poor food quality . great ambience though if u just wanna throw away your money for that :))

went here 2 weeks ago for a girls dinner and i was very pleasantly surprised! it was a tuesdaynightand the place was packed!! service was great for such a busy night. i had the carpaccio starter... delicious, followed by the fillet on the bone... even more delicious. definitely value for money... i will be bringing hubby here for our next datenightfor sure!!

had the thai seafood curry, which was amazing. full plate. great ambience for family and friends and for a all girls day ornightout. service was continuous and good not excellent.

cleveland diner. i dined at fahrenheit with friends and family for a birthday celebration. i can say that i was very disappointed. the chef's secret ingredient of thenightmust have been salt. the lobster bisque, salty, the filet , salty, the salmon, salty. i can say that i will not be returning considering the prices. the atmosphere and company i was with made the night, but definitely not the food.

a wonderful restaurant, with great value for money on both steak and seafood.
there aren't many restaurants in edenvale that offers a slightly more formal setting, and fahrenheit is really the best i've been to in this area. despite them being quite busy every time i went (even on xmas eve), the service is friendly and efficient. the waitress knows the menu well and provides helpful suggestions. since it is a big restaurant (with kiddies area), it gets quite noisy sometimes and i'd definitely recommend booking in advance.

they serve a wide variety of foods and drinks. the experience is consistently great every time we go, and the dishes offer a great value for money. i've never been disappointed by their steaks and the prawns, they are always cooked to perfection. they also offer specials that changes from time to time with a even better value for money and super delicious.

fahrenheit is suitable for family dinner, datenightor just a couple of friends getting together.

bottomline: my favourite steakhouse in the area :)
