service and atmosphere aregreathere, the breakfast burrito was delicious! but the croissant with brie spinach and tomato was a little bland.

i'm a regular here and this place is one of my favorites. the coffee isgreatand they have a solid breakfast menu as well as a range of naughty slices and cake. there is a selection of 'raw food' options too. the staff are always on the ball even though it gets quite busy of a saturday morning. actually i don't think i've ever been in when it's quiet, even mid week!

the only downside is the location is right in the middle of the shopping centre carpark so not exactly scenic and there isn't a play area for littlies but that doesn't seem to stop mums meeting here.

rude staff. love the fact there's a vegan/gf option cafe in my area, and they havegreatfood and juices, but i've been there 4 or 5 times, and every time i go, the staff are either rude, short-answered, or just chat amongst themselves while people are waiting to be served, or while they're serving. they also make faces when you ask for a green juice because they dont like making it.
every website on the internet about this cafe says they shut at 4pm on a sunday, but when i went there at 3:20 they had packed up and the lady insisted i was incorrect and that they shut at 3pm, even when i said i saw online they shut at 4, she said i was wrong. they should probably get that checked out then. not sure which is correct then, but it's very misleading. haven't had a single good experience there, won't be going back.

what a fantastic cafe! i go regularly for coffee and occasionally to eat. service is friendly and mostly pretty quick although they do get a bit snowed under sometimes. they have lots of healthy options on the menu as well as traditional cafe food. they also sell lots of interesting products and can give information about ingredients.greatlocal cafe.

great service & fantastic food with gluten free and paleo options. myself and a friend came there for lunch a few weeks ago & were very impressed with the quality and freshness of the food. she ordered squid & i had the frittata.
both were huge servings! delicious food and alsogreatto know that hot menu items are all made there fresh. finding gluten free menu items is sometimes hard when eating out but i really think the owner has studied the market well and listened to the needs of peoples dietary requirements. they also have agreatrange of alternative and health conscious products for sale. definitely worth a try :-)

just had breakfast there,greatlocation has so much potential however i had to get my coffee re-made as is was pretty much cold. i ordered egg royal with my eggs cooked hard i.e completely cooked when my meal came out the eggs where still clear on top completely the opposite of what i asked for. the bacon contained about 30% fat and the salmon was dry to the point where i didn't eat it, first and last time i will eat there. honestly maccas is a more viable option.

lovely staff.greatoptions for food. worth supporting small business, i hope this one can stay open :)

had agreatlate lunch here today. food was outstanding. had a freshly made pumpkin and pine nut salad served in a toasted foccacia. my gluten free friend enjoy the same., minus the pinenuts and foccacia.! gluten free range exceptional with lots of variety and choice. staff were lovely and happy to go through menu and make our orders to our requests. thanks ladies.,we will definitely be back.

love it! - every time.. the first time i came here, i was amazed by how friendly the team was and how delicious the frappes were. i brought my boyfriend to the cafe for lunch and he was gob-smacked by the size and quality of the homemade beef burger + extras he had purchased. the lady at the front is always kind, friendly and provides agreatservice - not to mention she always seems to perfect every frappe she has served to me. the best thing about ellie's cafe is probably that you can pretty much make any changes to a meal or drink that you want. also the pancakes with banana or mixed berries and ice-cream are a must! :)
