food was ok ,place needed agoodclean floor and tables were filthy,paid $42 for two meals and was then asked to pay an extra 50 c for tiny amount of tomato saucegoodway to lose customer shame

came here on a sunday night so very quiet. the bread, chips for my son, and food were all well prepared.goodhonest food - enjoyed it.

rude staff. love the fact there's a vegan/gf option cafe in my area, and they have great food and juices, but i've been there 4 or 5 times, and every time i go, the staff are either rude, short-answered, or just chat amongst themselves while people are waiting to be served, or while they're serving. they also make faces when you ask for a green juice because they dont like making it.
every website on the internet about this cafe says they shut at 4pm on a sunday, but when i went there at 3:20 they had packed up and the lady insisted i was incorrect and that they shut at 3pm, even when i said i saw online they shut at 4, she said i was wrong. they should probably get that checked out then. not sure which is correct then, but it's very misleading. haven't had a singlegoodexperience there, won't be going back.

very rude staff-we are all under the pump but these ladies show their annoyance , voices are elevated by staff to let u know if they are p'd off- unprofessional- these woman need training/people skills- hello they work with people and don't they know word of mouth is still the best marketing tool- used t go there - won't anymore food isgoodbut staff suck

like. have passed ellie's on occasions and noted few customers. pass there mid morning it's a different story..very popular, especially patrons from nearby fitness establishments. noticed all the healthy smoothies/juices being served. within walking distance, my husband and i have had a couple of really nice breakfasts there andgoodcoffees. sat and sun mornings getting very popular...outdoor dining with a gentle breeze..lovely. service within 10 - 15 mins depending on numbers. my only criticism is the sale of 5senses coffee beans.
i recently bought 250grm bag of beans. staff were extremely busy so the wait was long...i was concerned with the method of bagging/weighing the beans..sounds petty i know; at home, thru curiosity, i decided to weigh the bag of beans....bag weighed 15grms, bag and beans 255grms...seems i paid for 240grms coffee and 15grm bag!!! mmmmm????? yes to those critics; i do have a life, just like to know i have value for money.
won't stop us goin to ellie's however. we have recommended to friends. hope they are there for a long time.
