look for a cooked breakfast in the port kennedy area it is okay, nothing to rave about. a bit over priced i felt for a big breakie $19.90 with nothing out of the norm. service was not the best behind the counter didn't even get a hello when placing order. coffee was nice and hot and happily given an extra plate and cutlery for sharing

never had a bad experience. we frequent ellie's for breakfast because the produce is fresh and healthy options are available . would highly recommend

we used to often go here but the quality of the food and service has really gone down hill unfortunately - they lack any concern for any negative feedback.

popped into ellies to grab a quick lunch on the go. service was prompt and friendly. i had a roast chicken, brie and bacon focaccia and an iced coffee. to be honest both were really average and nothing much to rave about.

really good home made ricotta and spinach roll.....best i’ve ever had !
friendly service, i accidentally spilled my coffee and staff cleaned it with a smile and made me another one. good experience.

food was ok ,place needed a good clean floor and tables were filthy,paid $42 for two meals and was then asked to pay an extra 50 c for tiny amount of tomato sauce good way to lose customer shame

service and atmosphere are great here, the breakfast burrito was delicious! but the croissant with brie spinach and tomato was a little bland.

love the amount of gluten free options here! the food was great. my partner and i shared a salt and pepper squid. thank you to catering to us gluten free peeps! much appreciated! :)

continually outraged by this establishment!
the decision to travel 25mins there and 25mins back to my house is always a much thought out process as ellie's is the only place in the area that sells the delicious treat that is cocowhip! but each time i've had to deal with
1) cranky unfriendly staff
2) waiting for your order or waiting to place your order while you hear the manager chastising the employees directly behind the counter
3) placing an order for a simple cocowhip and waiting 20mins when they only had 6 people there
4) showing up an hour before they were due to close to find them packing up because it's not busy enough to stay open but still refusing to serve takeaway cocowhip
5) and last but not least travelling the 50min round trip to once again find out they'd run out of cocowhip altogether (which has happened to me several times) to have the miserable sad staff member try and offer something mediocre from the freezer.

and yet again as i turn from the counter and walk out of ellie's picking up the pieces of my shattered cocowhip cravings, disappointed continually with the staffs attitude and professionalism directed towards customers. should have known better from the time before and the time before that then to put myself through making the drive for the ellie's experience to walk away empty handed!

horrible experience. worst customer service, food was overpriced. do not recommend this place you're better off going to hungry jacks down the road for better quality and service.

slow service at counter and you must order and pay here. staff seem under the pump all the time with no real chance to interact with the customer. massive seating area and accept card. they have a massive range of "healthy foods". coffee was ok but not much to compete with in the complex.

i'm a regular here and this place is one of my favorites. the coffee is great and they have a solid breakfast menu as well as a range of naughty slices and cake. there is a selection of 'raw food' options too. the staff are always on the ball even though it gets quite busy of a saturday morning. actually i don't think i've ever been in when it's quiet, even mid week!

the only downside is the location is right in the middle of the shopping centre carpark so not exactly scenic and there isn't a play area for littlies but that doesn't seem to stop mums meeting here.

really nice food, friendly staff. we go here often always happy with the food and services. little bit pricey. and they don't know their coffees too well. but seems to be normal over here. the juices are amazing thou,i would recommend them.

came here on a sunday night so very quiet. the bread, chips for my son, and food were all well prepared. good honest food - enjoyed it.
