amazing! when my friends and i walked in we were welcomed with friendly smiles and a fun sleek atmosphere. we chose to sit at the hibachi where i ordered the ocean scallops and the chicken bento box that came with salad california rolls (deliciousand fresh) battered and fried vegetable medley, shrimp appetizer, teriyaki chicken and steamed rice. the food was awesome and the hibachi chef was so fun and cooked our food perfectly. the servers also did an awesome job. to close my meal i had to make a very difficult decision because all the desserts looked delectable; in the end i ordered the hazelnut coffee macaroons with ganache filling. i will recommend edo japan to all my friends. all in all great food, great prices, great people and great service. 5 out of 5 stars!
