have been to this place couple of times and always had an amazing experience. but today i went for breakfast at 9:30 and staff told me that breakfast is closed even though it is clearly mentioned that it's opened till 10 ! staff didn't even try to give any alternative of any sort.

it was really disappointing. such a beautiful property and thus kind of experience is very sad full.

it's a pretty place with a very good view and dining. just that reaching here is a task. one cannot reach without google maps, and specially in night to reach there is a bit scary because the roads are not in good condition and there is no street lights available as well. we tried many dishes and they were amazing. staff is courteous and services are nice as well. highly recommended but better to visit in day time

unprofessional staff. food is also below average. place is not properly maintained it is unhygienic and the staff is very inconsiderate towards food allergies although they have mentioned it in the menu. they were rude dismissive and do not care about anyone’s medical condition associated with the allergy. starting from the manager to everyone else they don’t care about the customers. never visit this place.

this place is so pretty.. beautifully located admist the mountains.. amazing garden..flowers.. glasshouse. it will definitely make you feel refreshed. we went there for lunch on a weekend and it was pretty crowded. the food is delicious specially the non veg. but the service could have been better. loved the pasta and the starters.

the location of the restaurant is amazing. their friendly staff, the beautiful vintage looking restaurant and the beautiful exterior glass house make you want to stay back or keep coming to this place. the food was good and the service great. a must visit when in ooty!

earl’s secret has a very serene and peaceful surrounding. cause we could not make it for lunch here, we went for coffee. the garden restaurant, the glass restaurant is extremely beautiful and the gardens are to die for. an evening cup of coffee is all we could steal here but next time this is the place i would love to stay as well. it’s was simply gorgeous with that hot mug of cappuccino in my hands!!

one of the best dining options in ooty. earl's secret is located a tad far from the main town but if you're having your own conveyance, it makes a lot easier for you to visit this place. the place is awesome. great ambience interior as well as exterior. plus the food they serve is of niche quality. though we thought the service was a tad slow but worth waiting for such a delicious food.

we ordered hakka noodles, dal makhani and breads. for desserts we had earl's secret walnut brownie with ice cream and the dessert was the best amongst the all.

must visit if you're visiting ooty.

finding this place was quite a task and a nightmare🙈🙈but we were lucky to find it anyways♥️♥️ going to kings cliff was shit scary as not a single lamp post was there, the feel was like you are just moving into dark with no clue what is gonna be ahead. so after spending some 15 mins in the cab we reached this nice and cosy place all fancying with dim lights😍😍it was kind of a bunglow with rooms having fireplace, nice soothing music playing around and the great hospitality 😎😎
so we ordered:
*veg wonton soup: perfect for a chilling weather with a fireplace around♥️veg clear soup with veg wontons was a bliss😍😍
*veg manchow soup: nothing fancying if chinese cuisine but was another bliss for a chilly weather 🤘
*mexican french fries: fries are bae, but if instead of shredded cheese it would have been melting cheese it would have done wonders😅😅
*cottage cheese steak with ratatouille: three layered cottage cheese all wrapped and dizzling in ratatouille was too high on taste♥️♥️the veggies on side marinated with some sauce was the cheery on the top♥️
*fettuccini alfredo: mamamiyan is all i can think of😅😅so hot so cheesy serves with perfectly baked garlic bread😍😍
*mee-goreng noodles: the best thing on the table, the soy sauce blended with tomato puree stands well with the noodle and the same coated on tomatoes and cabbage was a pure bliss♥️

so a little struggle to find this place would lead to an amazing dinner😍😍

had been there for lunch. it's ambience and location is a class. despite being in ooty, it's away from all the bustle. a quaint old english bungalow with lush green lawns. the glasshouse has been converted into an open restaurant, beautiful to say the least. food was served hot, we tried the kebabs and mutton dishes, it was delicious. what was outstanding was there own baked brownie served with milk and ice cream. it was heavenly...a must visit... if u r visiting ooty and conoor

mouth watering food coupled with superb location makes earl’s secrets one of the best eateries in ooty. both veg and non-veg dishes were extremely tasty alongwith the prices being reasonable. special mention for the restaurant’s staff, which was very courteous. a must visit place for everyone travelling to ooty!!

visited this place for dinner. the ambience is amazing, the decor is premium just like any fine dining establishment and the glass house is fabulous. 

on request, the management arranged for a candlelight dinner (at no additional cost). 

we ordered veg kebabs, paneer butter masala and dal makhani. each item was delicious and the quantity was sufficient for 3-4 people. 

for desserts, we had the shahi tukra, which brilliantly prepared. 

loved the dining experience. special mention for the staff for being humble and prompt.

the visit itself gives a serene n calm feel. this place always gives a memory of pleasant food time relished with lovable people around. ideal for an amiable family time. it's a feel of close to nature foodie time.

one of my best food experiences till date. the place is true to it's promise - an ambience that reflects historic luxury with the great food and amazing staff adding to the fine dining experience. when in ooty, make an effort to visit this place. trust me, it's worth your while.

visit this place if u love old colonial style decor, they have 2 section for dine in one with rustic decor taking you back to 1960 n glass house to make i feel romantic n mid of nature
service is effectively good with staff providing you right inputs on selecting food , food presentation is perfect , we felt indian food is better over continental food, if u have sweet tooth then try chief recommendation of white choco brownies with ice cream
